         Twixt us and God is Jesus
          He is The stepping stone
          A friend who gives us comfort
         We never are alone
         His Holy Spirit guides us
        Works tirelessly within
        To change our worldly blueprint
        And help us with our sin.

         It’s up to us to open
        The doors that we keep shut
        To give Him Holy access
        There are no ifs or buts
        We are a mess of past and pain
        That bind us with their claws
        And that is how we will remain
        Unless He heals our sores.

        Please let  Him work unhindered
        Give Him the go ahead
        Release yourself into His hands
        Just like a sheep, be led
        The journey will be painful
       As masks begin to fall
       The Cross is such a heavy load
       But you can bear it all.
