Title: Probation Post by: Symphony on December 25, 2003, 09:52:23 AM I propose in addition to the outright Jail, that we have, for just marginal offenders, a half-way house called "Probation". It can act as a buffer for those getting close to Jail, and also for those who are contrite enought to justify temporary release, back out of jail.
