"In May 2008, another documentary picture is going to start showing in movie theatres designed to sow doubt in people's minds that Jesus truly was Divine, and that He remained unmarried until His death. The movie even goes so far as to call the facts of Jesus a "LIE". As we shall demonstrate, the peoples of the world need to become convinced in vast numbers that Jesus' claims to be God and to be the unique Savior of the World before antichrist can arise.

Therefore, this movies continues a line of recent books and/or videos which cast doubt on Jesus on the one hand, while promoting the cause of antichrist on the other.

The story line of this documentary is disressingly similar to the DaVinci Code, which sought to prove that Jesus did not really die, but escaped from the tomb, got into the village, married Mary Magdalene, and had children by her. Then, as the Christian Church was exploding in popularity, Jesus was killed, forcing Mary Magdalene to flee with the help of friends to what is today called "Normandy, France." Mary was pregnant at the time she fled and delivered a baby girl shortly after arriving in Normandy. In due time, this daughter of Mary/Jesus married a Merovingian Prince, thus supposedly linking the bloodline of the Merovingian family and Jesus Christ.

Why is this story line important? It is important because antichrist must prove his lineage back to King David if he is to convince the Jews and the other people of the world that he is the Jewish Messiah. Old Testament prophecy clearly states that Messiah will come from the House of David, which is why the Bible contains Matthew, Chapter 1, proving Jesus' lineage back to King David.

We know the antichrist will somehow have to "prove" his lineage back to King David.

Daniel 9:27 says that antichrist will be a "Prince" coming from what Bible scholars call the "Revived Roman Empire". Since all royalty from Europe and Great Britain can prove their lineage back to the Merovingian family, if the people of the world can be convinced of the Merovingian floodline lie, then antichrist can "prove" his lineage back to King David. This prophetic reality is the real reason the DaVinci code is a critically important LIE."

This movie is called "Bloodline: What if the Greatest Story Ever Told is a Lie?" This so called documentary doesn't rely on any solid proof, only speculation. We Christians need to know about this and be ready to show lost souls that are precious to Christ, the error of their ways. That NO MAN CAN COME TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THOUGH HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're living in some really strange times that I thought I'd never see. But all these books, movies and videos are building upon one another and I've already met people who believe these LIES!! It is alarming to see how many people don't read or study their Bibles and rely on these kind of documentarys and Oprah teachings without question. May the LORD help us to be ready in season and out of season to witness to these misinformed people and help them understand God's Truth - Jesus Christ!!!

There is more and more of this sort of garbage coming out by the day. It is another sign of the times as we are also told that there will be many false teachers, prophets and scoffers in the end of times. Yes, we must be ready to give all an answer of the faith and hope that we have within us. Ever ready to share the truth of Jesus Christ.

NO - I haven't heard about this, but it doesn't surprise me at all. As the End Days of this Age of Grace draw nearer, we can expect more and more GARBAGE like this. Further, the longer Christians remain here on this earth, the more we should expect to be looked down on and persecuted. Regardless, I don't plan to ever be ashamed of the Gospel of the Grace of GOD.

The LIES and the power of those making the LIES will increase as the time draws nearer, and great hosts will be deceived. This is a critical reason why we should make sure that our children are firmly grounded in GOD'S WORD. Many these days seem to sit on the fence of Salvation, and they aren't saved yet. These will be PRIZE CATCHES for the devil, and it will be fairly easy to deceive them. Some folks buy just about every false doctrine that comes down the pike, and they will be easy prey - really just waiting to be devoured by the devil.

I've tried to listen to several so-called television evangelists over the last few days, and I've never heard such outrageous con games in my life. We can expect much more of the same. They will tickle the ears of their listeners and gain big followings, but it won't be for GOD.

We live in confusing times, and all Christians should be praying. Further, GOD has work for all of us to do if we will just yield for HIS Use. It doesn't matter if the task is big or small - our part is simply to yield and go. YIELDED - HE will work in and through us, so we will be equipped for HIS Will and Purpose.

This is said on the basis that the Jews will not accept the anti-christ as the messiah unless he fits what they believe is the requirements of the messiah, one of which is that the true Messiah needed to be of the lineage of David.

Psa 132:11  The LORD hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.

Joh 7:42  Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?

I was just thinking about a sad irony. Those Christians who study their Bibles and Love the LORD will also Love the Jews and want to show them the way to CHRIST. As the days draw nearer, the Jews will increasingly hate Christians and persecute us. Much will depend on how much longer Christians will be left on this earth, but we should know that we MUST Love the Jews and keep trying to witness to them. They obviously don't want to hear and believe that they crucified their Anointed KING and MESSIAH - JESUS CHRIST! This will be a bitter pill to swallow, regardless of how loving our approach is. However, this is a pill that Israel will MOST CERTAINLY SWALLOW at GOD'S Appointed Time.

SO, Christians will be the greatest friends of Israel, but they will hate us more each day.

Okay.  Well it makes sense.  I know the scripture above.  I was just wondering if there were anything specific to the antichrist being of the line or perceived to be, or is it just assumed because of the reasons you stated above?  It would certainly make sense to me him coming from the Merovingian family line or claiming it.

There are numerous groups that claim that they can "prove" their lineage all the way back to David besides that family. How much of that information is manufactured is debatable.

There is nothing clearly stated in scriptures that the antichrist will be of Jewish lineage. It is mostly just assumptions for those reasons.

Thanks PR.  This is interesting stuff.  I've never even heard of Merovingian, so now I will have to do some research.  I did send out the topic to all my co-workers and will let friends and family know about it also.

Wow, grammyluv, some interesting information. I went on the website of "Bloodline" the movie and it was claiming to expose the fact that we've been deceived for 2,000 years, and that they would reveal the truth (according to them and their agenda).

It was the first I'd heard of it too, and so I thought I'd pass it on. It seems there is a saturation campaign with all this 'new' information. It's not against Mohammed, it's not against Buddha, etc., but it seems to be all important to stop people from following Christ - He is the threat to antichrist's plan. Very interesting how things are unfolding - and so quickly.

I found many other references about the Messiah being from the Davidic line. Jesus fulfilled every prophecy and so proved who He is!

Matthew 1:1 - '...the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David...'

Matthew 12:23 - '...is not this the son of David?'

Matthew 22:42 - 'Whose son is he....the son of David.'

Luke 1:32 - 'God shall give to Him the throne of His father David'

Revelation 22:16 - 'I Am the root and the offspring of David'

....and much more.

These people are aware that the Jews know the prophecy, and even though they were 'blinded in part', and the Gentiles were brought into the fold, they're still looking for another 'offspring of David'. And so the LIAR who will claim to be a descendant of David will be accepted by the time these campaigns of doubt take hold in hearts around the world. They'll proclaim the one that doesn't come in the name of the Father, to be the Messiah. As I understand it, this will only last for 3 1/2 years until the antichrist will say that he is God - then the Jews will realize their mistake and 'flee to the hills'. But ultimately 'All Israel will be saved' and they will 'mourn for Him as for an only child'.

Jesus said he won't return until the Jews say 'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord'. There are many now that are proclaiming that. The Jews that believe that Jesus IS the Messiah are being persecuted relentlessly in Israel right now. Recently, a 15 year old believer in Jesus was sent a 'present' in the mail by an Orthodox Jewish man. The 'present' which the boy unwrapped ended up to be a bomb. The boy lost a limb and is still in the hospital. There was also the famous Rabbi in Israel that left writings after he died revealing that the name of the Messiah is Jesus, causing an uproar in Israel. There are many that secretly and openly believe - more than ever before in the last 2,000 years.

So I have to agree with blackeyedpeas, that there will be persecution from every side. We need to keep telling them about their Messiah. They'll suffer and be persecuted, maybe even more than we will, but there are many that are in Israel and around the world. We're here to tell the Jew and the Gentile of the LIVING TRUTH, JESUS CHRIST!!!!!!!  I believe we were born for 'such a time as this'.

The times appear to be getting more difficult by the minute. I definitely think that the times ahead will be challenging for Christians, and it should involve considerable prayer by all of us every day.

What a scary site...

Let me explain a couple of things...I did not read everything because I got to up to a certain point and had to stop.  The page presents itself as a pseudo scholarly work.  Not alot of frills or anything like that...you would almost imagine running across it on a college students website or something...as if this was their thesis.

But that is as far as it goes. 

I noticed one thing "Prieuré de Sion" which is a "Priory of Sion" for those who want it in English.  This has proven to be fictitious time and time again in the context that people are trying to use it... as some mysterious cult linked to the Merovingian lineage.  Now the use of this threw me off a little because the article/paper/whatever really presented that as if this were a reference or fact.  So one fact or point of reference used is already false.

Then I moved into the Cult of the Black Virgin.  And they mention how Egypt was a hot bed of cults and such...all this based on the book "Holy Blood, Holy Grail."  Now if anyone knows anything about what is going on they would know that this is the book that inspired Dan Brown's "Da Vinci Code".  Matter of fact he was even sued over it because of stealing ideas and in some cases identities.  The book was published as non-fiction but is full of non-facts and many suppositions that have been proven wrong time and time again.  So to use that as a reference to quote some information does not give me much faith that anything else this article is going to state.

I continued reading and ran across a line that I wanted to see where the reference went too...the reference book was called "THE SIRIUS MYSTERY: WAS THE EARTH VISITED BY INTELLIGENT BEINGS FROM A PLANET IN THE SYSTEM OF THE STAR OF SIRIUS?" 
And here is one of the questions that the book attempts to answer "Did amphibious beings from the star Sirius visit the earth 5,000 or more years ago and leave advanced astronomical knowledge that is still possessed by a remote African tribe called the Dogon?"
Now I do not know about you but this again is not a work that I would want to quote from. So again I am left with very little confidence in anything this paper says.

From there I pretty much stopped reading....I was having a real hard time taking anything that was stated as thought out or infomative.

I've read about many of these names and organizations before. I really don't know what to say about them except that some folks in Hollywood will do anything to discredit CHRIST. Some of the Hollywood types don't need much motivation to attack CHRIST and Christians. For many of them, we represent an enemy they would like to see wiped out because we stand in the way of what they want in this society.

I really don't know what the final result was with GARBAGE films and books like the Da Vinci Code. I do know that many Christians decided to simply use this as an excuse to witness to the lost. If one wants to consider this as a contest between GOD and the devil, I don't know how you would measure the results. I do know that many Christians tried to serve GOD through these contests. We should know that things are going to get MUCH WORSE, but we should also know who the WINNER will be in the END. The devil and the forces of darkness will have their time, especially during the Tribulation Period, but it will be one of the "Last Dances" that the devil goes to. JESUS CHRIST will SUBJECT ALL UNDER HIS FEET AT HIS SECOND COMING!

What Christians should know is that the devil and real evil does exist as an absolute reality. We should also know that Bible Prophecy is REAL and will happen perfectly at GOD'S Appointed Time. YES - there will be an anti-Christ! At this point, I think there is only guessing about identities. If Christians are left on this earth long enough, we might actually be able to determine accurate details about the EVIL that MOST DEFINITELY WILL COME! Most Christians are much more interested in anxiously awaiting CHRIST! We can already see all kinds of EVIL all around us, and we know that it will get worse. BUT, WE HAVE A BETTER HOPE THAT IS ABSOLUTE REALITY! For Christians, I'm convinced that our part is to pray and yield to GOD'S Use - big or small - whatever GOD desires. GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING ELSE!

Signs and wonders to deceive .. anything and EVERYTHING to discredit Jesus .. yes, things are going to get worse and so much more beyond our own imaginations too! If your 'roots' are not planted solidly in Jesus you will be torn and up rooted just like a tornado would do!
