Title: Flat Bookmark Editing - Another FREE and Great Firefox Extension
Post by: nChrist on May 14, 2007, 03:16:38 PM
Brothers and Sisters,

I wanted to tell you about a real time saver I found recently. I have a ton of bookmarks to keep track of, and I'm always trying to find a better way of organizing them. The current way with Firefox is very manual and labor intensive. You open one bookmark at a time with a properties tab, make the changes you want, hit save, close it, and open another one.

Here's the beauty of Flat Bookmark Editing. You see a screen full of your bookmarks that you can scroll and change entries anywhere on the entire page. In fact, you can open all of your bookmarks for editing at once if you want to. You can also enter key words for search purposes, drag and drop between various categories, delete, and just about anything you could want to do with bookmarks. The big value is easy and quick editing of large numbers of bookmarks without opening and closing each individual bookmark as you go.

Flat Bookmark Editing is another tiny extension that does exactly what the author says it will. I can't find anything negative about it at all, so I would have to give it a top score of 5. Try it - you might like it.
