Tough Guy Kicks Evolution Myth
by Lawrence Ford

“Chuck Norris doesn’t read books. He stares them down until he gets the information he wants.”

“Faster than a speeding bullet...more powerful than a locomotive…able to leap tall buildings in a single bound… yes, these are some of Chuck Norris’ warm-up exercises.”

“Superman owns a pair of Chuck Norris pajamas.”

You’ve all seen them. Chuck Norris “facts” all over the internet. Websites. Widgets. Emails. Over 50,000 jokes about America’s favorite Texas Ranger have been circulated around the World Wide Web. Internet encyclopedia Wikipedia has the inside scoop on this latest internet fad.

But did you know that Chuck Norris has come out surprisingly clear about his view of creation? A committed Christian, whose own website (chucknorris.com) has links to Bible sites like Campus Crusade for Christ and the Billy Graham organization, Norris commented recently on one of these one-liners in his latest editorial column for WorldNetDaily:

“There is no theory of evolution. Just a list of creatures Chuck Norris has allowed to live.”

“It’s cute,” writes the action star. “But here’s what I really think about the theory of evolution: It’s not real. It is not the way we got here. In fact, the life you see on this planet is really just a list of creatures God has allowed to live. We are not creations of random chance. We are not accidents. There is a God, a Creator, who made you and me. We were made in His image, which separates us from all other creatures.”

And that’s no joke!

Amen!

YES - I have heard Chuck Norris in several television interviews profess his belief in JESUS CHRIST. I guess that would make him an outcast in Hollywood, but Chuck obviously doesn't care. There are a few others who give a testimony for Christ, but I can't think of their names right now. I'm also thinking about some professional athletes who profess CHRIST, especially several boxers who come to mind. It's refreshing to hear public figures profess CHRIST without any shame. I use that word "shame" because the Bible uses it. We are not ashamed of the Gospel of the Grace of GOD, and we love our Lord and Saviour, JESUS CHRIST.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Matthew 1:23 NASB  "BEHOLD, THE VIRGIN SHALL BE WITH CHILD AND SHALL BEAR A SON, AND THEY SHALL CALL HIS NAME IMMANUEL," which translated means, "GOD WITH US."

I have mixed emotions about fame of people, but I enjoy it when famous people give a testimony for JESUS CHRIST. I know how many young people are effected by famous people, especially those who don't have Godly role models as parents. So, I think that a Godly testimony from famous people has a very positive effect. I probably didn't explain my feelings very well on this subject. I appreciate and enjoy the Godly testimony of any Christian who tries to give all glory to GOD.

On the opposite side of the coin, I greatly dislike the example set by many famous people or public figures. If they do evil things or advocate evil things, they will hurt many young people who might be looking at them as role models or someone "cool to emulate". I'm an old square, so I look at things in old ways. As an example: someone could be the best quarterback in the NFL, and I wouldn't like or appreciate them if they set a poor example for young people.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Ephesians 3:14-19 NASB  For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.

Senior humanism priest are always lie enough and often enough, people will believe it. Also people believe "big lie" instant "small lie". This how Hitler did and it did fool almost everyone in past.

Maybe Chuck Norris is really Tough Guy!

Those are one the WORST kinds of lies,if not THE worst(in my opinion) Partial truths, because you can't really flat out call them a lie, because there is some truth in it. Sometimes it is a lie with some truth in it,or it is a LOT of truth with a little(but just enough) lie in there. Those are the ones that have caused the most trouble & bad & false doctrines.

                                   Yours in Yeshua,

I have always been a Chuck Norris fan, and I especially enjoyed him as a Texas Ranger. I doubt, though, that they are allowed to beat their suspects into a bloody pulp as he and his partners supposedly do in "Waker, Texas Ranger". Talk about police brutality. Anyway, how many men could stand up to more than one kick to the head, and yet the bad guys keep getting up and coming back for more. It takes three or four kicks to the head to take them down. Are bad guys REALLY that tough?  ::) ;D

Yes you can...just as a little white lie is still a lie.... sin is sin and lieing is lieing.
