Future
Future and what it holds,
Not for me to fret
nor for me to dread
When in my Master's hand
It glows with hope.

For you see, He came to
breathe hope,
He came to give life,
Only that road will He
guide us.

Not a road of just sheer
smoothness,
but a road of hope
on the way and
peace to carry us through.

Our future is bright,
in the Master's hand,
He determines the step,
He directs our course,
He carries us through.

When the future seems dim,
Know that only the Master
sees the end
and He promises the
ultimate joy with him
where there will be no more
tears or pain.

Until that time of eternity
with our Master,
Know that our future
is in the hand of
Him who controls the
Universe to bring
about His perfect plan.
