Those are some beautiful pictures sister. I especially liked the ones where the rainbow was framing the tree. Both wonderful creations of God with a beautiful message to us all.

Thanks kriss. These will be difficult to paint, but I'm going to have a go at two of those shots - both tree shots. I'll let you know how they come out.

Yeah, you are going to have to post them when you are done.  I'm sure that it is going to be awesome!

I think I'll paint a portion of the canvas in black gesso before I actually begin to overlay the oil.
It's a cool technique I use sometimes, although I haven't used it for quite some time.

I'll post it when it's done, but it will be a while.

oh my freaking-gosh.  :o those are beautiful.

Makes me want to move out of smoggy Los Angeles, buy a cabin in Montana with my dogs, eat bark, wear flowey, cottony clothes, boycott shoes and praise God all day and night. ahhh......dreams.....

Wow! This looks like it ought to be on some kind of Save-the-Ecosystem, Circle of Life poster! Or maybe on a Bible cover...astounding!
