The joy of having our two sons home for a while over Christmas, along with our 3 grandchildren.

We continue to pray that our son and daughter-in-law will put their marriage back together. Of course, only they can do that. They should and they must for the sake of our Grandchildern and their own spiritual walk with the Lord. We keep praying that they will do that before the end of 2005. It would be the greatest Christmas present we would receive in 2005.

I am in agreement with your prayer, and I am praying as well.
I just found out from one of my daughters that my oldest daoughter's husband asked her for a divorce last week, and I wasn't supposed to find out about it, but I'm glad I did because not I can pray before it happens. I would appreciate your prayers as well  :D

Such heartbreaking news. I, too, join in with you that Jesus heals their hearts toward one another.

Hello Amisk,

I will join you in prayer for this. I know that GOD loves to hear our prayers, and I give thanks that HE wants to hear from us, especially on things like this. There is no limit to what GOD can do, and it's always time to give thanks that we serve an all powerful and loving GOD.

My biggest gifts this year were JESUS and family. I'm worn completely out, but we had a beautiful time in the LORD. My daughter and grandchildren have gone home, but my son from Florida is still home with us a few more days.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Psalms 135:6 NASB  Whatever the LORD pleases, He does, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps.

I too shall pray for your family. It is devastating to all effected, when a couple break their vow es which were made before God and only the couple involved can with God's help correct the situation.

The Devil enjoys the break up of homes because he so often gets the children while the parents fight over things that are secondary.

Sister Maria,

I will also join you in prayer. I was just thinking about what an AWESOME GOD we serve. May His Will be done in our lives, and may we all remember that our Heavenly Father always loves to hear our prayers. Just the thought of our Heavenly Father makes me feel good, rich, and ready to give thanks again for all of the blessings HE has given us.

In the meantime, we can all KEEP LOOKING UP!

Love In Christ,
Tom

Philippians 4:6 NASB  Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Hello Dreamweaver,

Brother Bob, a gift of God's Word and study tools is a gift that just keeps giving, not just for you, but for everyone you come into contact with each day. I think that I'm familiar with the Bible and study books you got, and they are WONDERFUL. If I didn't already have a beautiful library, both on computer and in books, I would love to receive a gift like this. You know that my dad was a minister for over 60 years. He left his three sons a large library when he passed away. We keep it at the church for everyone to enjoy, but we an obviously take home whatever we want. We usually make sure that everything is returned because our new pastor and many people in the congregation use the library all the time. Some of the library came from other family members who were also pastors gone home to be with the LORD. I was just thinking about what that library and all Bible study material everywhere really represents: Loving the LORD and wanting to share the Good News of JESUS and the CROSS with others. This is the best gift that a Christian can give.

Brother, I always consider the best GIFTS to be JESUS, love, and family, and I got all these GIFTS. I received another gift that I will probably try to use today: a percussion wand with heat for my back. I know that we have quite a few people on the forum with back problems, so I'll let everyone know if it helps. NOW, I must go back to what I know are the best gifts:  JESUS, love, and family. The love most definitely includes sweet Christian friends, and I give thanks for you and many other friends on the forum. GOD has richly blessed us in allowing us to have fellowship and praise the LORD together. If JESUS was all we have, we would be rich beyond anything the world could imagine.

Thanks be unto GOD for HIS unspeakable GIFT!, JESUS CHRIST, our Lord and Saviour forever!

Love In Christ,
Tom

Romans 5:1-2 NASB  Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God.

AMEN.
And Thank you all for your prayers for my daughter and her husband, they are both born again Christians, she is the one that recently rededicated her life to God, her husband hasn't and they have not been attending church.

BEP, you have such wisdom. I am always inspired by your posts, you and Pastor Roger and Dreamweaver. I am Happy to have met all of you. :D

I know we all will continue to celebrate with our Lor and Savior everyday, because He is forevermore the Almighty God, and we are to serve Him everyday. I am so thankful to my God for having chosen me to be His child. That is the best gift anyone can ever get. Praise the Lord.

I got a Mini Mac so dh wants us to switch from Windows to Mac!  I got him an original painting of our favorite scenes in Taiwan.

We had several opportunities to share the real Christmas story last week and to give inspirational materials to many non-believers.  Please join me in praying that seeds sown may bear fruit soon!

Praying that the seed sown will bear fruit, for the Lord.

Resting in the hands, of the Lord.
