I am new to this site and I had missed your earlier postings which would have explained what I asked you in my last post.
I will say a prayer for you. My heart goes out to you and your husband. I can well image it takes a lot of love to over come unfaithfulness, although neither my wife nor I have been sexually involved with other partners. It is really up to you whether this marriage suceeds at this point. If you can forgive then you have a true heart. If your husband remains faithful your marriage has a chance for the future, otherwise it will not. If you have children then I would suggest that you make a big effort to make this marriage work, however I realize that the future of this marriage depends on your husband. If I understood at one point you were asking what makes a man be unfaithful. There are many reasons. Pornography is one of the biggest in our age. Another is wives who punish husbands by cutting out sex when ever there is a disagreement. These do not make unfaithfulness right, but they are a couple of reasons that men go astray. |
