Title: The Power Of Words Post by: Praise1 on December 05, 2005, 08:40:59 PM Few Christians understand the creative and destructive power of their words.Words have the power to bring life to someone who's heart is dying or dead(including your own heart).And words have the power to kill the life of God within you or someone else.We should run from gossip as though it is a plague.It is a plague and does more damage to the people of God than any other weapon of the enemy.To gossip about others is to curse them.REMEMBER,YOU will be JUDGE by every CARELESS WORD,YOU allow to FALL out of YOUR MOUTH.But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak,they will give account of it in the day of judgement.For by your words you will be justified,and by your words you will be condemned.Matthew 12:36-37(NKJV) God's will never lead you to speak curse's on His children or to sit in the judges chair.We are called to speak life to people.Whatever the offense,whatever the justification for anger,SPEAK a BLESSING and NEVER a CURSE.
