I got there through a website called Aubrey Organics (http://www.aubrey-organics.com/categories1.cfm?cat=13). Go over to the left side and click on "friends of Aubrey." Then scroll down to the bottom and click on "The Maker's Forum." It's a little hard to find as it's under "The Cleanse." "The Makers Diet" is a book available at Amazon. This book uses the dietary principles found in the Bible. Supposedly, it boosts the immune system, enables followers to maintain an ideal weight, produces abundant natural energy, improves physical appearance, reduces stress, helps digestion, etc. The author, Dr. Rubin, baffled conventional doctors after facing an "incurable" disease. He incorporates the 4 pillars of health, spiritual, physical, mental and emotional. |
