People don't know what is going on within the confines of a military base so they start coming up with all kinds of their own wild theories. A concentration camp is just one of the many stupid theories. It is a storage facility and the US is building it for Israel. Storage for equipment and supplies not people. Its design is in no way suitable for maintaining even a small amount of any kind of prisoners.
Even the guy that reported this and took the pictures said he didn't have a clue and was only guessing.
