I've been in a major debate with some people on another site and they all seem to think that the 200 million horses and riders from Rev 9 are from China. I believe that they are demonic horsemen and I was just wondering what everyone else thought.

I've been informed that those are russian horses and chinese ppl on those horses. Dunno 100%; it's something that'll happen when EMP blasts have made the region above Megiddo a technological viod; blasting all electronic equipment and all.

I think all agree that this happens somewhere at the end of the end; just before Christ comes back to rule & reign for a 1000 years +

Rev 9:20  And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands,

The bible calls these things plagues...does God need China or men to send plagues. I would say no: One of these plagues does'nt even kill the people, it torments them for five months. So it could be anything from horrific viruses, to real armys. We will have to wait and see.

16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

As you see by the above verse, these are plagues brought by God, not man. The only thing man can do, at this point is repent, for his sins.

I think this will remain a debate, until this event unfolds. I have heard that they could be Russian horsemen but Russia's population is less than 200 million, so, it could be argued that these horsemen will be demonic. I've never heard the story about the Chinese people being on the horses. I heard that the horsemen would be of Tatar origin but no one can prove this. The Bible doesn't tell us where these horsemen will originate from, so I think God has left that question unanswered for a specific reason.

 I believe this is the Chineese army, which is the only country on earth which actually has a two hundread million man army.

 As far as the "horses" are concerned. We have to remember that at the time John was writing this down, he had to use descriptions from two thousand years ago to explain what he was seeing in the future. These horses could actually be tanks and armoured personal carriers and others vehicles.
