Title: Jelly Beans and there meaning. Post by: Terri on April 13, 2003, 03:12:31 PM This Easter Holiday when the kids get all their goodies, keep in mind this prayer. And maybe share it with your children so that they would know Easter has a much bigger meaning than the Easter Bunny and candy.
A bag of jellybeans has much more meaning then just a bag of colorful candy. Red is for the blood He gave. Green is for the grass He made. Yellow is for the sun so bright. Orange is for the edge of night. Black is for the sins we made. White is for the grace He gave. Purple is for the hours of sorrow. Pink is for the new tomorrow. I know what you mean. Fresh is the best!!! I bought my kids the new lifesaver Jellybeans and they are sooooo good I just about have the bag gone.
