Title: Animation Program Post by: Soldier4Christ on December 09, 2004, 03:03:41 PM I am looking for a good program to make animated gifs. Any suggestions?
It has to be something operator friendly for a moderate level computer operator. Title: Re:Animation Program Post by: Shammu on December 09, 2004, 03:22:21 PM I enjoy using Adobe Photoshop pro. Before that I used Jasc 5 pro. Jasc has a free trial period, least they use to..........
Hope this helps you PR. My God, is a loving God. Bob Title: Re:Animation Program Post by: Soldier4Christ on December 09, 2004, 05:30:14 PM Thanks DW I'll check them out.

Brother, I'm sorry to be answering this so late. I only use freeware to make animated gifs, so I might not have the best answers for your questions. I make a series of stills first to make the components of the animation. Two freeware programs are great for this: DeKnop Button Maker and Photo Filtre. Both are available from SnapFiles, CNET, and other safe places to download software. When I finish the group of stills I want to use, I use another freeware program to put them together in an animation: Microsoft Gif Animator. This might be the hard way of doing this, but it works for me - AND IT'S FREE!
