Title: Born again most important
Post by: fifthwheelchapel on June 23, 2003, 06:29:24 PM
Born Again:
Birth: Means brought into life or existence
Born Again: Means from above
At the chapel web we teach:
Born Again: John 3:3
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
How to be born again? Repent and ask for frogiveness:
Matthew 18:3 Be converted and come as a little child.
John 15:4 I abide in you

Christ in you
Christ formed in you- Galatians 4:19
Christ dwells in them- 2 Corinthians 6:16
Ye are dead, and Christ lives- Colossians 3:3-4

Therefore, Who are you? "Flesh"  And, What are you? "Word"
First you must understand who Jesus is-  He is the word, the seed of God
See John 1:1&14: John 6:53-58: John 8:43-47

These are not born again, they believed to be saved
John 5:38-42
They have not his seed or his word in them

Romans 8:5 Spirit not flesh
I John 3 You are sons and can not sin ( you have his seed, his word, and thus grew into his life)
You are part of the family, God's family.
I John 4:17 As he is, so are we (the word)
In this world- Flesh thus, we too are the word in flesh
Tasted the Lord I Peter 2:3-5
Spiritual House I Peter 2:5
Matthew 5:48
Be ye therefore perfect
Matthew 19:21
Be ye therefore perfect
Matthew 20:16
Many called but few chosen
At the chapel web we teach:
There are three that bear record
I John 5:7 : The father, the Word and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
You are born again it is Christ that liveth in you.  You become his resurrected life.
God is word
See who is in heaven:
John 15:4
Abide in me, and I in you

Examples of devils trembling at the authority of Jesus:
1.) Devils tremble: (satan)  James 2:19
2.) Let us alone: (satan) Mark 1:21-26
3.) Torment me not:(the devils crying out) Luke 8:27-28

Bear Burdens: Galatians 6:2 & 5

When will we be saved?
Matthew 10:22
He that endureth to the end shall be saved
Mark 13:13
He that endureth to the end shall be saved

Saved: Rescued from harm or danger,
deliver a persons soul from sin and punishment, redeemed

Just like in your natural life when you are born again your birth is recorded in heaven:
Revelation 20:15 Your birth recorded in the book of life

Acts 17:28-29
28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said. For we are also his offspring.
29 we are the offspring of God.
Luke 14:23-24 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
24...those men that were bidden shall not taste of my supper.
You are bidden to the supper.
At the chapel web we have our studies in the chapel library. You will not be not deceived by Satan, use these free bible studies, gain knowledge. You will learn Jesus commands us  to be perfect. Learn the difference between flesh and spirit & born again and saved.  Become part of the family, God's family.  Through the teaches of Jesus; Peter, James, John and Paul became copies of Jesus (same as he).   You are bidden to the supper.  He that endureth to the end shall be saved.

Romans 6

 1.  What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
 2.  God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
 3.  Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
 4.  Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
 5.  For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
 6.  Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
 7.  For he that is dead is freed from sin.
 8.  Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
 9.  Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
 10.  For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
 11.  Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
 12.  Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
 13.  Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
 14.  For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
