Title: USA election
Post by: wordwarrior on November 04, 2004, 05:14:14 PM
Hi all-

I muct admit to being in a bit of puzzled state after learning the result of the USA election.  Is four more years of Bush good or bad?  Good because of his stand on Biblical issues such as abortion, same sex marriage and Israel.  However, not so good maybe for his other policies such as envioromental issues and the Iraq war.  We have to bare in mind that the world does not and indeed cannot undrstand Biblical teaching on these issues but the question I'm asking is I suppose: is George W. Bush going to make a good Pres or not.  He's a Christian, yes but I'm not sure if He's a good politician.  What do u think?

Over 59 million people have already answered that question....and they did it on the basis of their own convictions, not those of some other country.

President Bush has shown by the previous four years of what kind of president is he. 51% of the American voters have decided the previous four years were enough to make a decision to vote for him again. It takes years sometimes for the affects of an administration to show whether a president and his administration was good for America or not.

I've heard some people vote democrat or republican, because their republican or democrat, they don't know the intricities of the parties views. So in a way i would say its unfair that the whole 59 mil who voted are behind Geroge 100%

Whether that is true or not, it would be safe to say that at the very least they were 100% against Kerry.   ;D
