I think this evening is the highest I've seen the ratio of "Guests" to "Users"...

Well, you can count one the guest/lurkers on the latter part of the week during the nights as a user.  I bring up CU at work, but never log in.  However 30:1 or 2 is rather high!

Brothers and Sisters,

I think that the large number of Guests (lurkers) are here to watch the latest troll pack attack Christians Unite. I'm guessing the number is about 10, and two have already been banned. Many of the user names relate directly to satan, demons, or the devil. It's not ironic that one of the banned users is "satan". Some of the users also relate to women Gaelic Priests. DreamWeaver and I are working on it and may have a recommendation for ADMIN soon. In the meantime, some posts have been deleted and warnings have been issued. One or more are also posting like they are Christians, even quoting portions of the Holy Bible. I will simply say at this point their god is not ALMIGHTY GOD.

Ephesians 2:8-10. 'For by grace you have been saved through faith and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works least anyone should boast'.

Is salvation based on what we do?

Rom 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

These scriptures, and countless others, make it clear that salvation is not based on what we do for God. In fact, it is just the opposite. Our salvation is based on what God did for us (Rom 5:8; 1 Cor 15:3,4; 2 Cor 5:21).

Thank God, "Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of
the law, being made a curse for us" (Gal. 3:13). Man always
responds better to grace than to law. The law was "added
because of transgressions" (Gal. 3:19). "By the law is the
knowledge of sin" (Rom. 3:20). But Christ died for our sins
and now true believers serve God from gratitude and love.
Hence Rom. 6:14 says: "Sin shall not have dominion over
you, for ye are not under the law but under grace." Since
Christ has redeemed us from the law (Gal. 4:5) God says to
every true believer:

"Stand fast, therefore, in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage" (Gal. 5:1).

Few people realize that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins to deliver us from the just condemnation of the Law. This is taught in the following Scriptures:

Trust me on this one, hedging your bet by waiting on the Rapture is a risky position to be in. I can assure you that you don't want to be driving down the highway being followed by an 18-wheeler driven by a born-again Christian when the Rapture happens. By the time you realize what hit you, it will be too late.

Sometimes I just will read a few posts as a guest.  I usually like to think things over.  If I want to reply, I will log in.  So any statistics comparing guest/user will not be accurate.   Sorry, I messed you up.

There are so many weird posting sometimes and people being abusive and getting banned.  I often wish someone would set up a private board for serious Christians by invitation where we can debate and discuss.  I can understand the moderators have a difficult job.  But when I think about it, being a free open forum is good.  Many people can ask questions about Christ so it is worth it to put up with the bugs.

The forum is set you auto loggin as my place. If I'm online, then I'm a user! :)
