Title: We Are Under Attack Post by: Bronzesnake on June 10, 2003, 12:23:39 PM West nile Virus, Sars, Monkeypox.
Four years ago none of these virus' were known on the American continent. Doesn't it seem a wee bit suspicious that all of a sudden we have not just one bizarre virus, but several? Now, suspiciously, the Chinese say they will have a vaccine for SARS within sixty days! What does that tell ya? Vaccines take years to develop, if at all. Except when a virus is engineered along with a vaccine simultaneously. Still, though, with world travel being what it is, doesn't it only make sense? Title: Re:We Are Under Attack Post by: Bronzesnake on June 10, 2003, 11:56:03 PM Maybe, bronze. Still, though, with world travel being what it is, doesn't it only make sense? Perhaps, but all at once? These new deadly diseases all broke out over the past four years. I don't believe it's coincidence. And these are all animal to human diseases...very bizarre. could this be a fore warning of things to come? Rev 6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. Title: Re:We Are Under Attack Post by: Symphony on June 13, 2003, 09:13:18 PM hehe, Bronze, you're a trip. I'd probably tend to agree with you, though. Even if the present outbreaks recede(SARS, they said, was beginning to, today, it seems), global events generally would seem to indicate this is the time, they will probably all be back with a vengence. Antibiotics are only a 100 or 150 years old; the question remains, I think, as to whether, instead of "stamping out" infectious diseases, we've only succeeded in breeding new resistant, mutant strains... It's much too early to tell, so we can only guess at the possible monster we've succeeded in unleashing... |
