Did you see the goal that Calgary scored in the third? No one noticed it, but from the camera angle I saw on TV, it was definately in. That would have been the end for T.B. Post by: Yoyostick on June 08, 2004, 05:05:15 PM Actually, ABC did this little computer animated thing that's sort of hard to explain, but they showed that the puck was not necessarily over the line completely. And also the refs did look over the video and they said that it was not over, so they made a good call because you can't win the Stanley Cup off of a goal that is so uncertain.
Anyway, Tapa has skated the cup now...sniff :'( But I'm glad Andreychuck got a cup, and a lot of people on their team, like Khabibulin, really deserve it, so I'm not really upset.
