Title: Privatization of Government Parks Post by: Whitehorse on March 27, 2004, 12:28:08 AM It seems some in government feel this is an idea worth exploring, and some feel this will inevitably happen. What do you think? Thumbs up or thumbs down?

"Private" business is always more efficient that bureaucratic business. That’s one of the more valuable lessons I’ve learned in life. ;D It will still be a "government park", in that ‘the people’ (tax payers and illegal aliens) will still own the land – but we would be paying a ‘for profit’ business to handle the day-to-day operations of the park. If the ‘hired hands’ (the private company running the show) fail to act as we the people believe appropriate, we can fire them and hire someone else. You ever tried to fire a government bureaucrat? ;D Title: Re:Privatization of Government Parks Post by: Whitehorse on March 27, 2004, 05:56:08 PM Well said! ;D
