I'm in my 2nd. half century. I have a running commentary with Messanic Rabbi friend of mine < before he became the Rabbi, he and I were in the Guard together >. Tell us more about that phone pole. I have more than enough problems just trying to keep me on the straight and narrow without running around pointing out to others their problems. A preacher at revival I attended whan young used the extreme example of something as large as a phone pole as his way to illustrate why not to advise someone about their very small sins (the mote in their eye) when your sins were as large an obvious as a telephone pole in your eye. The extreme example stuck with me. The running commentary deals with questions from me as to how something applied during the time mentioned in the bible. By understanding that, I can better understand how it should apply now. The rabbi friend of mine is in Austin, Tx.
