"For the financial benefits, of course. And we do love each other.
Besides, we don't have any other prospects."

"But we're issuing marriage licenses to gay and lesbian couples who've been denied equal protection under the law. If you are not gay, you can get married to a woman."

"Wait a minute. A gay man has the same right to marry a woman as I have.
But just because I'm straight doesn't mean I want to marry a woman. I want to marry Jim."

"And I want to marry Tim, Are you going to discriminate against us just because we are not gay?"

I read a letter to the editor on WND that basically said the sky was the limit to who or what you could "marry". What  if you wanted to marry your pet goat, or a cabbage?

The sodomites want special privileges for their abominable lifestyles. Will pedophiles be standing in line next? What if they want to marry their 8 year old neighbor boy?

America needs to wake up and get serious about this situation! There is nothing funny about this perversion. We can expect God to give a response if "gay" marriage becomes the law of the land.

Yeah America needs to wake up, but what can we do beside pray?

How about all Christians overthrow the gays? We do out number them.

Since the gays march, has speaches..etc...we can too. And once the governmemt see's everyone in the streets, they can't do anything. They would be to scared to say anything becouse they would loose their job.

Christians can take back America, the way it should be.

I think most people don't do anything becouse they are scared to stand up.

And the gys know that.

 America will be cleaned when  the Christians clean up the "American Church".  

We do not need to look to city hall...  look at the church.... One famous 'christian' writter is coming to mind at the moment, he has been divorced and remarried 2 or 3 times. yet 'christians' flock to buy his books.  I know a pastor who was having afairs with the ladies in his chruch, this was 45 years ago, at the time he was the CA (Christ Ambassadors young peoples group for the Assemblies of God) director for northern California and Nevada. But he could 'talk' well ... " Christians' support TBN   Look at the 'leaders' beyond Paul and Jan...  Oral Roberts' son has been divorced and remarried  Jim Bakker.  We buy the  records of the ladies who left ther husbands   Patty ??? and Amy Grant.  Read the life history of  the man who has left notes in many a Bible  Scofield, divorced  and convicted fraud.

I well know the story of King David,  his sins are written and yet he was a man after Gods own heart. I am not saying the other folks (above) are damned...I too am a sinner save by grace. But the scriptures give us guide lines for our leaders..   Should we not hold them to the guidlines set in scripture?

When the church does not hold a bibical standard  how can we complain about the world?

“The” protestant church in San Francisco is Glide Memorial.  It was founded in 1929 as a Methodist church, but no longer 'claims allegiance'.  The man who was pastor, and now calls himself Glide “CEO” is named Cecil Williams.  He is to San Francisco what the “Reverend” Al Sharpton is to New York.
One of Cecil Williams’ first acts as pastor some 35 years ago was to have the Cross removed from the sanctuary.  (Sad but very true!)  It then became an activist’s church. With such speakers as Angela Davis and others, the “Church for the homosexual and socialists” wasted no time in shutting out the “hateful” parts of the Word.  I understand the only praying they now do is to a generic god who they ask to provide money for the ‘cause’.  I doubt the name ‘Jesus’ has been spoken there in years.

Reba – Glide Memorial Church is a prime example for your cleanup effort.

Are Christians not to be separated unto God and made Holy through the blood of Jesus Christ? Then be seperated unto God and be not involved or so concerned for the things of the world that God deems unholy. God promises to bring all this to an end. It will happen when He appoints it to occur. The devil realizing his time is short is working to get God's people away from God at warp speed.
Be separate in Jesus Christ.

WOW Juge if you got that from my post  i sure didnt get on 'paper' my heart. I see the local news, same as you, so i know who you are talking about.

A  cleaned up church....

Pastors would  care more about the scripture than  the MAN boss they have

Pastors would not be affaide to speak out  against sin. The congeration would support the pastor.

When a  problem happened in the church, the offender member  would be brought before the body as scripture dictates.

The  cleaned up church would end dependance on the government.. welfare  tempary aid  etc.

That's pretty much what I mean - it is exactly what Glide and other similar churches need - I agree with you whole heartedly.  I was just giving an example of a church that needs cleansing... (in my opinion).

May our Lord Jesus Christ, Host of Hosts, Lord of Lords, Savior and Glorious King, take "churches" such as Glide Memorial in San Francisco and turn them into Churches that serve Him!
