Why? If it was "water baptism" they could get just as wet and anyone. Can you answer why John did not baptize those of the Pharisees? The book of Acts speaks! Acts 19:4 Repentance Baptism NOT Water Baptism. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
