(Even if the Bible is the boy's favorite Book) The ruling sides with the Marple Newtown School District in suburban Philadelphia. First Amendment rights ? Not a factor says the court. The mother argued that students hear stories related to Passover, Christmas and other religious holidays. Not a factor - says the court.
