            Based on what we know of God
            Believing what His word doth say
            About His endless love for us
            Which doesn't ever go away
            Knowing what He did for us
            His only Son, a sacrifice
            With all this knowledge in our heads
            Why do we take our own advice
            To go and serve a fallen world
            Gathering riches just in case   
            Scared to take that final step
            Seeking out His glorious face
            Time will tell, I think you'll find
            Choices made will guide our fate
            Worshipping a sinking ship
            Or passing through a narrow gate.
