Democrats Issue 2008 Gay PRIDE Proclamation Supporting Homosexual Marriage

Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean today joined Massachusetts Democratic Representative Barney Frank and Wisconsin Democratic Representative Tammy Baldwin in issuing the following Proclamation marking PRIDE Month:

"Today, on behalf of Democrats across America, we join together in celebrating the contributions that lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans and their families make to our society and reaffirm our Party's commitment to promoting full equality under the law for every American.

"As leaders of the Democratic Party, we stand proudly with the LGBT community and commit ourselves to working together to build an America that is truly inclusive. Every American has the right to live in dignity, with equal rights, responsibilities and protections under the law.

These are our country's and our Party's core values. Across the country, at every level of government, Democrats have championed sweeping protections in the areas of employment, housing, domestic partnerships and civil unions, adoption, gender identity or expression, and hate crimes.

"Despite all we have accomplished, our work is not done. We need to fight efforts to write discrimination into our laws and constitutions.(This statement is in reference to H.J. RES. 89, the Marriage Protection Amendment, which makes marriage legal only between a man and a woman. The Democratic Party opposes the Marriage Protection Amendment because they believe it is discriminatory against homosexuals.)

We need to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, pass the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Act, and repeal 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell.' We need a comprehensive, science-based strategy for combating HIV/AIDS. We must address the socioeconomic problems, including poverty and limited access to health care, that increase vulnerability to this disease.

"To do all of these things we need to put a Democrat in the White House, expand our majorities in Congress, and elect more Democrats at the local and state level across the country. To do that, we need you. Get active, get involved, and join us so we can take our country back."

It is for this reason that we need to do all that we can to keep democrats from being in office.

I used to think that God's coming judgement would be harsh but not anymore. It will indeed be perfect.

As Christians, the Bible repeatedly and directly condemns homosexual acts as ABOMINATION in the eyes of God!!!

I wonder it ever occur to those of us who follow the Biblical literally not to engage in homosexual acts are FREE from the horrible pathos and tragedy that follows that lifestyle choice in elevated percentages. Viewed logically, (so non-believers can understand) that makes it apparent that the God that prohibited homosexual acts in fact loved us enough to tell us the truth!!

Many liberal minded Christians are now supporting this legalization, thinking that God the Father has no problems with this union, much less have any problems with homosexuality in general. This is because of "mans doctrine" of the Bible.

For those of you who really want to know what God the Father thinks about same sex marriages, the Bible once again gives us a very direct and solemn answer on this very controversial issue. It simply is a matter of putting together 2 very basic and solid verses from Scripture.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

I believe these are the two strongest and strictest warnings that God can possibly give us on this one topic.

When God uses the word "abomination" to describe this specific sin - He is using the strongest and most intense word that He can possibly use to describe what He really thinks about this particular sin. There is simply no way to spin or sugarcoat what these two verses are trying to tell us. They are both direct and as plain as day!!

The Democratic Party is getting sicker, and sicker everyday. You are right when you say, P.R.

The Holy Bible is so clear and blunt on this issue that it's impossible to misunderstand. The New Testament is just as clear and blunt as the Old Testament is, and they are both GOD'S WORD. The only difference is that GOD in the New Testament no longer commands that they be stoned to death immediately. The Natural Order of Everything is certainly GOD'S BUSINESS because HE IS THE CREATOR!

Alternate lifestyle behavior was a felony in every state just a few short years ago. It's also the root cause of a massive epidemic of deadly diseases that result in death. It already is and has been a PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS, and the democratic party wants this to increase. In fact, they also want to indoctrinate our children and teach them this behavior is acceptable and normal. IN REALITY, IT DOESN'T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO QUICKLY DETERMINE THIS IS A DEADLY PERVERSION! This is from a health and life perspective without even mentioning the Holy Bible.

This is just another example that we live in EVIL AND INSANE TIMES. It's a matter of Christian love to tell people how to be rescued from the curse of sin and death.

Hey, I am all for repealing the "Don't ask, Don't tell" policy...that way we would go back to the way it was before that where it was a strait up no no and you were not welcomed in our armed forces. ;D

Democrats Threw 12,000 American Flags Into The Garbage

In a staggering act of political and environmental insensitivity, the Democratic Party threw 12,000 American flags left over from their convention in Denver into the garbage during the cleanup of Invesco Field, where Barack Obama spoke before a flag-waving crowd.

According to a Denver Post reporter, the flags were en route to a landfill when one of the vendor realized what was happening. The vendor, whose name is not yet known, turned the flags over to local Republicans, hoping to save them. Local Republican officials say that the flags will be used at a McCain-Palin rally in Colorado Springs, and that the Republicans will see to it that the flags are properly re-used or respectfully destroyed.

Flags can be properly disposed of by following the regulations of the US Flag Code. Local VFW posts and American Legion posts are always glad to help with flag disposal, as are most local Boy Scout troops. Flags should be re-used, stored for future re-use, or be ceremonially destroyed rather than being thrown into the garbage.

It is never acceptable to simply throw the flag into the garbage. To throw 12,000 flags into the garbage is an act of the profoundest disrespect for the American flag, and to the veterans who fought and died under that banner.

The Democrats claim those flags were going to be used for other events, and were stolen by the McCain campaign. (I’ll look forward to seeing the filed police report.) Left unsaid by the Democrats is why flags intended for use at other events were being stored. If so, it’s the first time I’ve ever heard of anyone bundling returned merchandise in Hefty bags and storing them “in and around dumpsters” while awaiting the RMA.

I sincerely doubt that these flags got sold to Team Obama in Hefty bags.  And let’s try to use some common sense, on this story.

1. Why would a manufacturer provide a refund on open product??  They certainly couldn’t resell them, especially not after being left like this.

2. 12,000 flags must have cost at least $2,000 or so, and probably more.  Once Democrats discovered the so called “theft”, why didn’t they report it to the police??  It’s been more than a week apparently since they were “stolen”, and Team of Obama just discovered it?

3. Leaving material in and around dumpsters, especially in Hefty bags, makes it look like trash.  That’s hardly a way to store American flags, and it’s certainly not a way to keep janitors and waste management people from taking them to landfills.

Instead of just saying that their people made a really stupid error and apologizing, though, Team of Obama decided to tell a ridiculous lie to get themselves off the hook. Yes still more lies from Obama!!

Those pictures of the trashed flags is a perfect metaphor for what the Dem-ocats will do to this country should Obama become President.

Remember when the DNCC was supposed to be the “greenest convention ever”?  ???   How they worried about the color of the food and using organic materials in their merchandise?  I guess we can see where the “green” concern ends … at red, white, and blue.

If you want to know how to properly dispose of flags, you can check the US Flag Code (You can use Google). If you’re still confused, contact your local American Legion or VFW, and they will help you dispose of them.
