            Peer out of your window
            Upon the world outside
            Surely there is someone near
            In whom you can confide
            A friend who will not judge you
            When you dissolve in tears
            As you release your burdened past
            Of bitterness and fears.

            Perhaps they will not like you
            They'll tut and turn away
            Cause you are such an awful one
            Your honesty will not pay
            The devils lies will pin you down
            You'll never have release
            Unless you let the poison out
            You'll lose the chance of peace.

            The darkness can be shattered
            By loving, healing light
            Provided by The Son of man
            Who yearns to ease your plight.
