It's wonderful to hear that you want to further your relationship to God. Perhaps you have heard that old chorus "Read your Bible, pray every day, it will make you grow!" Well, that's not just a cliche, but the truth. Feed on God's Word, feed on the Lord Jesus Christ, and exercise your Christian love, and you will grow in your relationship to God. You will also learn much by what you see and read on this board, but "Prove all things [through God's Word], then hold fast to that which is good". May the Lord bless you richly.
