Top terror group adviser: Clinton would end 'unlimited military, political support' for Israel Posted: November 15, 2007 1:00 a.m. Eastern © 2007 WorldNetDaily.com Hamas believes Sen. Hillary Clinton, if elected president in 2008, will end President Bush's "unlimited military and diplomatic support for Israel" and adapt a more "evenhanded" approach toward the Palestinians, says the group's top political adviser. Speaking yesterday with WND Jerusalem bureau chief Aaron Klein, Ahmed Yousuf, the top aide to Ismail Haniyeh, the deposed prime minister and Hamas leader in Gaza, said in recorded comments the group heard from "many Americans" that if the Democrats take the White House next year they will implement "drastic changes" to U.S. foreign policy and relations with the Palestinians. "I do believe Miss Clinton will have a more balanced policy when it comes to how to solve the Arab-Israeli conflict," Yousuf told Klein. "And I don't think she is going to give to the Israelis this unlimited military and diplomatic support that they are actually enjoying now; so … the future politics in the region will [see] a very drastic change when it comes to how to handle the Palestinian question." Yousuf, speaking in English, said he hopes Clinton will "follow in the footsteps" of her husband's administration when it comes to dealing with the Palestinians. "During the [Bill] Clinton administration, his political stand was much, much better than the Bush administration," he said. "We're hoping Miss Clinton also will follow the steps of her husband." Yousuf said that for Clinton to enhance the U.S. image in the region she would need to "change the Bush doctrine on the 'war on terror' and to succeed in this you need to have an evenhanded policy (when) it comes to Palestine." The top Hamas adviser said any future president would need to "come and make a big change, a drastic change to foreign policy which is a disaster to them (Americans) in Iraq and Afghanistan." "We heard from many Americans there will be drastic changes in foreign policy," he said. Yousuf told Klein he believes the Republicans will lose in 2008, since the party "lost all Arabs and Muslims, because America in Iraq is in bad shape and in Afghanistan also." Hamas, responsible for scores of suicide bombings, shootings and rocket attacks, is classified by the State Department as a terrorist organization. Terrorists endorse Hillary in '08 Yousuf is the latest in a chorus of leading members of Mideast terror groups to express support for a Clinton presidency. In Klein's new book, "Schmoozing with Terrorists: From Hollywood to the Holy Land, Jihadists Reveal their Global Plans - to a Jew!," a slew of senior terror leaders state on the record they hope Clinton is victorious in 2008. "I hope Hillary is elected in order to have the occasion to carry out all the promises she is giving regarding Iraq," stated Ala Senakreh, West Bank chief of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terrorist group. Abu Hamed, leader of the Al Aqsa Brigades in the northern Gaza Strip, explained in "Schmoozing" Clinton's repeated calls for a withdrawal from Iraq "proves that important leaders are understanding the situation differently and are understanding the price and the consequences of the American policy in Iraq and in the world." "The Iraqi resistance is succeeding," stated Hamed. "Hillary and the Democrats call for withdrawal. Her popularity shows that the resistance is winning and that the occupation is losing. We just hope that she will go until the end and change the American policy, which is based on oppressing poor and innocent people." The Brigades, together with the Islamic Jihad terrorist group, took responsibility for every suicide bombing in Israel the past three years. The Brigades also has carried out hundreds of recent shootings and rocket attacks. Abu Ayman, an Islamic Jihad leader in Jenin, said he is "emboldened" by Clinton's calls for an eventual withdrawal from Iraq. "It is clear that it is the resistance operations of the mujahideen that has brought about these calls for withdrawal," boasted Abu Ayman. Nasser Abu Aziz, the West Bank deputy commander of the Al Aqsa Brigades, declared it is "very good" there are "voices like Hillary and others who are now attacking the Iraq invasion." In "Schmoozing," every terrorist leader out of dozens interviewed stated they hope a Democrat becomes president in 2008. Some terror leaders explained their endorsement of Clinton is not necessarily at the expense of other Democratic presidential candidates, whose policies are not as well known to them. "All Americans must vote Democrat," stated Jihad Jaara, an exiled member of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terror group and the infamous leader of the 2002 siege of Bethlehem's Church of the Nativity. Some Palestinian terrorist leaders stated their support of Clinton, in part, stems from hopes she will apply some of her husband's foreign policies, particularly toward the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. "I hope also she will maintain her husband's policies regarding Palestine and even develop that policy," stated Brigades chief Senakreh. "President Clinton wanted to give the Palestinians 98 percent of the West Bank territories," he said. "I hope Hillary will move a step forward and will give the Palestinians all their rights. She has the chance to save the American nation and the Americans life." Ramadan Adassi, leader of the Al Aqsa Brigades in the Anskar refugee camp in the northern West Bank, said he, too, backs Hillary and hopes she will continue the "legacy of her husband" regarding support for a Palestinian state. President Clinton was "pro-Israel, but [he] understood that the Palestinians must live in their independent state like the other nations of the world," stated Adassi. The terror leader, however, commented he was "worried" that if Hillary "defied Israel" she would be "brought down like her husband," claiming White House intern Monica Lewinsky really was an Israeli Mossad implant sent to destroy President Clinton's career after he pressured the Jewish state to evacuate territory to the Palestinians. "If Hillary goes too much against the Zionist interests, she will face the same conspiracy like her husband who fell into the trap of Lewinsky," Adassi said. "I have no doubt [Lewinsky] was planted by the Zionists, who wanted to send a message to all future American presidents – do not go against the Israeli policy. Bill Clinton made the Oslo agreement and promoted peace, but the Israelis did not give him a chance." Abu Abdullah, a senior operational member of Hamas' so-called "military wing" stated he wants a Democrat in the White House but said once Democrats are in power "the question is whether such a courageous leadership can [withdraw]." Thats not a good sign, a terrorist organization wanting Hellary in office. Wasn't there another article about Hillery taking their campaign money? I said at the time, I wonder what the quid pro quo was? They certainly aren't going to give her money for her campaign unless something is promised back, right? I'd sure like the inside scoop of what that promise is. ???

Title: Re: Hamas: Hillary ticket to Palestinian victory Post by: Littleboy on November 15, 2007, 10:28:54 PM I've heard that the meaning of the word "Hammas" is Terror or Violence?
Does anyone know the truth on this? Title: Re: Hamas: Hillary ticket to Palestinian victory Post by: Soldier4Christ on November 15, 2007, 10:46:16 PM "Hamas", Arabic acronym for Islamic Resistance Movement, means enthusiasm, fire, zeal, fanaticism.
It is also a Hebrew word. The following is an article on the Hebrew word "hamas". HAMAS is a word that is familiar to people who keep up on the news about current events in Israel. Of all the anti-Israel Muslim terrorist organizations, Hamas is one of the most violent. The Hebrew word hamas, in fact, means “violence.” According to the Gesenius Hebrew lexicon, the Arabic cognate of the Hebrew word hamas means “warlike valour” (noun form) or “to be active, brave, constant” (verb form). I do not know Arabic, but I assume that this Arabic cognate of the Hebrew hamas is the word used by the terrorist group Hamas. I knew that the Hebrew word hamas meant “violence” before all the recent anti-Israel terrorism. What I did not know was how many times the word hamas appears in the Hebrew Bible, and what the Bible says about the fate of those who carry out hamas/violence against the people of Israel. I recently read through The Twelve Prophets (Hosea through Malachi) in Hebrew, and I was surprised how often I kept running across the word hamas. This piqued my curiosity enough to do a study to find out more about hamas in the Scriptures. I looked at every passage where the word hamas appears (68 times, if my count is accurate). In view of what the Bible says about hamas, I would not want to be in the shoes of a Hamas terrorist. Before I share some of the things the Bible says about hamas, let me first state that I am not anti-Arab. I am strongly opposed to the use of terrorism by any group, Arabic or non-Arabic, but I have no prejudice against Arabic people as an ethnic group. As a matter of fact, during my seven years of teaching English to foreign students, I often felt a much closer kinship to my Arabic Muslim students than I did to students from other cultures. This was probably due to a few factors. For one thing, my Muslim students took matters of faith seriously. Even though their faith was mis-directed, their interest in spiritual matters gave me some common ground with them. The fact that they are physical descendants of our Father Abraham also made it easier for me to relate to them. I also felt a kinship because their culture has preserved some of the ancient Mid-East customs that were practiced in Biblical times, and I could relate to those customs. There are many elements in the Arabic culture that I love and admire, but Hamas is not one of them. My prayer for these children of Abraham is that they be delivered from the spirit of Islam which leads them to commit acts of hamas/violence against the children of Israel. According to the Bible, those who practice hamas/violence against the children of Israel will bring the fierce wrath of God down upon themselves. The first place the word hamas appears in the BIble is in Genesis 6:11 & 13. “The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence (hamas) ... And God said unto Noah, ‘The end of all flesh is come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence (hamas) through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.” Here in the early chapters of the very first book of the Bible, God makes it clear that the fate of those who practice hamas is destruction. It was hamas that brought the Flood of God’s judgment on the earth. Right now Israel is “filled with Hamas.” It is possible that the entire earth may once again become filled with hamas by the terrorism of Hamas, bringing down world-wide destruction before the Messianic age. Some theologians believe that the “anointed cherub” in Ezekiel 28 is a reference to Satan. If this view is correct, then according to Ezekiel 28:16, it was hamas in the midst of this cherub that caused the Lord to cast him out of the mountain of God. The word hamas appears in the Psalms. Prayers are lifted up for deliverance from violent men, men of hamas. The enemies of God’s anointed are described in Psalms as people who “breathe out hamas [cruelty]” (Ps. 27:12). The habitations of hamas are called “the dark places of the earth” (Ps. 74:20). Psalm 11:5 plainly states that God hates those who love hamas: “...the wicked and him that loveth violence (hamas) His soul hateth.” Two passages of Scripture that should serve as warnings to today’s Hamas terrorists are Obadiah 10 and Joel 3:19. These verses deal specifically with the hamas/violence perpetrated by Edom, another name for Esau, the ancestor of the Arabs, against Jacob and Judah, the ancestors of the Jewish people. According to Obadiah, the children of Edom “shall be cut off forever” because of their violence (hamas) against their brother Jacob. Joel says that “Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence (hamas) against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.” So fierce is the wrath of God against the descendants of Esau who practice hamas that one of the commandments of the Torah says, “Thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek [grandson of Esau, and another ancestor of the Arabs] from under heaven” (Deut. 25:19). The Hertz Commentary makes a remark about this verse that is worth considering in view of today’s Hamas terrorism against Jews in Israel: “A people so devoid of natural religion as to kill non-combatants had forfeited all claim to mercy” (p. 856). Eventually Israel’s prayers for deliverance from hamas will be answered. Isaiah’s description of the Messianic Kingdom includes this promise: “Violence (hamas) shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation and thy gates Praise” (Isa. 60:18). May the Lord speedily deliver Israel from the hamas of Hamas. Amen.
