1] Do we really need a pastor before starting up a church? or as long as there is an organized group of elders? 2] If the church is still infant, what is the proper way of choosing elders, or considering one as an elder of the church? 3] Can we organize a church even without a pastor or group of elders since we are new believers, and in the process invite Pastor/s for preaching,bible study, and/or teaching?
