I'm a newly converted Christian since April 2007. Since I became a Christian believer I witnessed troubles and problems in the church that I did not expect to be happening. As such, I am requesting the Christian community who have long handled Christian churches to share what they know regarding church management that will contribute to the growth and strenthening of a church and its members. I am not searching for a perfect church for there is none, but rather I want to prepare myself for the future, when I am spiritually mature to start my mission and thereby also start a church. With all the good ideas that you will be sharing, at least the probability of having a troubled church will be minimal. Thank you. No my Church isn't prefect but, we try to be.
