One of the most important things for Christians to be aware of is that we are living in the "end times" or more specifically,the age of church apostasy which the Bible describes in detail.Since Satan knows that he is facing a hard deadline,he has been working over-time to bring as many as he can into his fold.One of his most successful techniques is to get people to worship false gods which is idolatry,one of the violations of the Ten Commandments.

In the United States there are numerous false gods readily available for purchase;Sex (of all different varieties),Money,and Nation being the ones that are the most popular.I'd like to briefly discuss the false god NATION because I have heard it advertised in some churches and especially on "Christian" telecasts.

Christians who are familiar with the Bible realize that the United States is the most evil and morally corrupt nation in the entire history of the world,considering both the depth of its  depravity and most especially the astonishing variety of its disgusting evil.Some prefer to think that Nazi Germany should be given that distinction but the Germans lacked the creativity that Americans have to invent new and even more outrageous forms of moral perversion.From its acceptance of mothers killing their own unborn babies,to its media promotion of illicit sex,to its acceptance of re-marriages  and  which Jesus taught are acts of adultery(MARK 10:11-12),to its popularity of every imaginable type of drug to impair moral judgment,to its outrageous violent crime rate fueled by the absurd access its residents have to guns,to its failure to prevent child and senior citizen abuse,to its failure to provide adequate housing,food and medical care for its poor,to its failure to prevent corporate corruption,to its willingness to allow it to become the world's largest supplier of every imaginable type of pornography ,to its outlawing of God in its public schools,to its gleeful rush to make homosexuality a morally acceptable lifestyle,to its policies to benefit the rich by harming the poor, to its 10 billion dollars EVERY MONTH campaign of crimes against humanity in Iraq because "we're spreading (a corrupt Muslim government that uses Iran's radical interpretation of Islamic law) democracy";there has never before in the entire history of the world been any nation that on a daily basis practices more blasphemy against God as a matter of its foreign and domestic policies.

Real Christians follow the teachings of Jesus who taught love,forgiveness,peace and care for the poor.The false god United States teaches its people hate,retaliation,war and exploitation of the poor and those in minority groups.

BOTTOM LINE:Do not be deceived by false prophets who are doing Satan's work,encouraging people to engage in the deadly sin of idolatry by promoting the worship of false gods.

Now there I will disagree with you.  American is NOT the most corrupt nation in the world today. By the way, I know where you want to go with this. That has already been disproven many times. 

Proverbs 6:12-19 A worthless person, a wicked man, is he who goes about with a perverse (contrary, wayward) mouth. 13 He winks with his eyes, he speaks by shuffling or tapping with his feet, he makes signs [to mislead and deceive] and teaches with his fingers. 14 Willful and contrary in his heart, he devises trouble, vexation, and evil continually; he lets loose discord and sows it. 15 Therefore upon him shall the crushing weight of calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken, and that without remedy. 16 These six things the Lord hates, indeed, seven are an abomination to Him: 17 A proud look [the spirit that makes one overestimate himself and underestimate others], a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 A heart that manufactures wicked thoughts and plans, feet that are swift in running to evil 19 A false witness who breathes out lies [even under oath], and he who sows discord among his brethren.

While the U.S. has indeed become quite evil and is working to become more so it is far from being the most evil nation there is.

There are many nations where you would not have the freedoms that Christians still have here to be able to witness to others and to say the things that you have. I am not supporting the U.S. in this as I said it is indeed becoming quite evil but it is still nowhere near what is seen in other countries today.

Something to keep in mind ... the only perfect nation is the Kingdom of God.

Those who have never accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour and are not born again are ALREADY in Satan's "fold". Just as Jesus said to the hypocritical Pharisees, they are "Of their father the devil." Satan doesn't have to "get" people; he just wants to hang onto those he has and prevent Christians from being productive and leading others to Christ.

I'll have to be another one who strongly disagrees with you. I also know where you're going, and the U.S. isn't close to being the most evil country in existence. It isn't mentioned in Bible Prophecy either.

You should also know that the SECOND COMING OF CHRIST will be in Great, Righteous WRATH - NOT Love. Our greatest priority here is sharing the GOOD NEWS of JESUS CHRIST and the CROSS. The time probably is growing short, and things are going to get thousands of times worse than they are now. In terms of loss of life and blood, nothing will compare to the SECOND COMING OF CHRIST. Rivers of blood will flow and most of the inhabitants of the earth will die.

The NEWS FLASH for you is that our Armed Forces are fighting evil adversaries of CHRIST. We won't finish the job, but JESUS CHRIST WILL!

We are not living in the "end times."  We are in the end of the "Age of Grace." Least I believe we are.....

The "End Times" start with the opening of the scrolls. The anti-christ is reveled in Revelations 6:1-2

Revelations 6:1-2 THEN I saw as the Lamb broke open one of the seven seals, and as if in a voice of thunder I heard one of the four living creatures call out, Come!  2 And I looked, and saw there a white horse whose rider carried a bow. And a crown was given him, and he rode forth conquering and to conquer.

The Bible gives many examples of signs that should warn us of the coming end of the age. Six such signs are given by Jesus, two characteristics are given by Paul, and eleven other occurrences are given by the prophets to occur prior to or soon after the end of the age. While we are also told we will not know the time of the End, God obviously wanted us to know when that time was getting closer. As the Christian church is increasingly drawn into the interfaith movement, and as more and more churches go into isolation, preparing to sleep through the growing attacks on their faith, perhaps God knew it would take a few signs to wake us up and remind us that we have work to do.

Eleven fulfillments of the Bible Prophecy Required for the end of the age.

7. RETURN OF THE ETHIOPIAN JEWS TO ISRAEL
Zephaniah 3:10-11 "From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia My worshipers, My dispersed ones, will bring My offerings. After the anti-christ takes power there will be.......
1. An agreement of false peace.   
2. War.   
3. Famine.   
4. Death to 1/4 of the earth's population due to famine, war and wild animals.   
5. Christians being martyred for their beliefs.   
6. A great earthquake where the moon turns red and sun goes black. The sky appears to roll up with falling stars. Every mountain and island moves from its place, with people so afraid that they hide themselves in caves and amongst rocks from God.   
7. Noises, thunderings, lightnings and an earthquake. Rev 6,- Rev 8:1-5
And thats only the first half of tribulation.  There are 14 more to go, and they get worse, as time goes on.

What exactly is the Red Heifer Prophesy, I posted earlier about?

The "Red Heifer" issue is one that has been much in the news as far as many that are fixated on the end times are concerned. This is largely because of great many books and articles which have been written on the subject, and because of a report of a "red heifer" which had been born in Israel several years ago.

Let me see if I can clarify this from the Bible.

There is no red heifer prophecy at least not as far as the Bible is concerned. Numbers 19 gives the regulations for the preparation of the Mosaic Law's "waters of purification", requiring the ashes of a suitable and suitably prepared red heifer in order to be appropriate. I believe the thinking about the importance of the red heifer in the minds of many who are concerned about the development of end times events is as follows: in order for some of the biblical prophecies to take place, there has to be a reconstructed temple Rev.11, for instance, clearly mentions a temple and an altar in the Tribulation, and the beast sets up his statue therein, representing himself "as God", 2Thes.2:4.

In order for there to be a new temple, the entire site would first have to be purified. The purification of Solomon and Hezekiah, 2 Chron.2:4; 29:18; but contrast the dedication of the second temple with no specific mention of purification, Ezra 6:14-16. This means that the Rabbis would have to have appropriate water of purification, which means, so this line of thought goes, that they would have to have a red heifer to make it. Without a perfect red heifer to sacrifice, the Third Temple cannot be built.

Paul says in Hebrews, specifically referencing the cleansing of the red heifer as an earthly rite in no way to be compared to the cleansing sacrifice of Christ, "For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the ashes of the red heifer sprinkled on those unclean sanctify as far as the cleansing of the flesh is concerned, how much more then will the blood of Christ, who offered Himself through the Holy Spirit blameless like the heifer to God cleanse our conscience from dead works to serve the living God!" Heb.9:13-14.

A red heifer, was born in 2002. Supposedly there have only been nine red heifers in Israel's history. This new red heifer then would be the tenth. Maimonides, the Jewish Sage, said that in the days of the tenth red heifer the Messiah would come.

After re-reading my post I’m wrong. After doing alot of checking. The red heifer has to be three years old according to the Jewish tradition.

I was just thinking that many Christians probably don't even understand the significance of another Temple, blood purification, and many other things that are foreign except to the Jews. It might help many to understand if we went backward in time.

Nearly all Christians understand that most of Israel rejected JESUS CHRIST as KING and MESSIAH, but they might not understand the significance of this rejection. It would be a true statement that even Israel is confused about where they currently stand right now. We also know that Israel was set aside by GOD and blinded in part. Some are probably wondering about the point I'm trying to make, so I'll get to the point and we'll discuss this further. You will get a strange look from a Jew if you ask if they are under the Law or under Grace. They won't answer Grace because this is a most confusing subject, and they will hesitate to answer with the "Law" because they all know that they don't keep it. Keeping the Mosaic Law requires the old ways and many things that they don't currently have. Israel trying to keep the Law would mean strict rituals, specific implements, Priests like those under Moses, and a host of observances that haven't been kept in thousands of years. In short, they would have to go back to Old Testament ways, and that's what many in Israel firmly believe that they MUST do.

The confusion of Israel has been great and so has their punishment for rejecting CHRIST. Israel's greatest confusion and punishment is yet to come, but so is the restoration of Israel. We must remember that Israel is still waiting for their MESSIAH. They now believe that there are things they must do before HE will come. Israel has Bible Prophecy inside-out and backwards, but there are things that Israel will most certainly do before the Second Coming of CHRIST. However, we must know that they are still waiting for the First Coming of CHRIST.

Brothers and Sisters, I hope that I explained this in a way that can be understood. I think this topic is worthy of additional discussion if anyone is interested. The Christians of today can't understand the horrible confusion of Israel without going back thousands of years and trying to understand Mosaic Law. The Jews don't understand it yet, but they will. First, they will try to go back to the Law again. They obviously don't know it yet, but they will be deceived. The time will come when Israel will think that they are about to be exterminated from the face of the earth, and they will "cry out to GOD." They will be heard, and JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF will come to their rescue. Israel will believe this time!
