Tehran, Aug 12, IRNA Iran-President-Foreign Policy President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Sunday that Iran's foreign policy should be defined on the basis of three principles of justice seeking, kindness and uplifting the country's status in order to resolve existing challenges in international relations. According to the Public Relations Department and Press Bureau of the Presidential Office, the president made the remark in a meeting with Iranian ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions abroad. The world is on the verge of a great development, and the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to make changes in international relations in order to meet the interests of nations, he said. The Iranian nation and its government are not concerned about the threats posed by corrupt powers and are to fulfill the mission of reforming global system based on justice, monotheism, love, devotion, kindness and fairness. The international laws and regulations should be implemented based on justice and all should enjoy equal rights, he underlined. On Iraq's developments, he said occupation of the country is in contradiction with the principles of justice and kindness. Iran supports a united Iraq with democratic government and strongly opposes occupation of that country, he said. The president said that Iran will spare no efforts to forge unity among Iraqi people, adding that campaign and opposition to the US as the 'Great Satan' will continued. However, he said, "We will continue talks with them to vindicate the Iraqi people's legitimate rights." Those who have committed numerous crimes in the guise of democracy, freedom and development should stand trial, he underlined. Iran's ambassadors to different countries should make themselves ready to meet people's demands in their countries of assignment, the president said. On Iran's access to peaceful nuclear technology, Ahmadinejad said no one can hinder Iran's scientific progress. It is the duty of Iranian ambassador to foreign countries to make necessary coordination to enhance economic and political ties and help increase trade exchange between Iran and those countries. Iran's Foreign Ministry should keep pace with global developments and draw up new plans in line with Iran's responsibilities in interacting with world countries, President Ahmadinejad said.
