By Haaretz Service Lebanese sources told a Nazareth newspaper that Syria is planning to evacuate its citizens from Lebanon and close the border by mid-month, Israel Radio reported Saturday. Syria had advised students in Lebanon that it would facilitate their return to Syria, and the continuation of their studies there. Syrian Minister for Higher Eductaion said the move was aimed to ensure the students' safety.
