Ray, BEP, we have a spammer (again).

1. In the page you sent us, Christian did not appear once. Neither did Christ, Jesus, or God.

2. A world champion in ant combat sport can’t do a simple 40 pull ups? Amateurs in Combat sports can do that many!

3. Those who train with weights train for strength. Pull-ups are an endurance exercise.

4. Handstand push-ups are a magic trick. Just like one arm push ups, and one arm pull-ups, and bent presses, Handstand pushups are easy to do with a little strength and a lot good form. Being fit has little to do with it.

5. Charles Atlas was a con-man.

6. Matt Furey is far from a great Christian or Fitness author. Why doesn’t he get a Christian Fitness expert like Pat Robertson or Lee Haney?

7. The main reason people hurt them selves with weight training is because they are spend to much time with muscle and fiction.

8. You want to know why bodybuilders don’t have functional muscles and how their build makes them the incredibly susceptible to injury? I can tell you ,and you don’t even have to buy the book. First of all ,they do have functional Muscle, anyone who tells you different doesn’t know what they are talking about. And why they are incredibly susceptible to injury? Steroids and other substances weaken tendons and ligaments, among causing other problems.

9. Rocky Marciano was born with hitting power. The most popular theory in combat sports today is that hitting power is something you are BORN with. And Rocky was.

10. Joint Loosening exercises? Yeah, I do those too. They are called WARM UPS!

11. The truth about television abdominal devices, he says? I know that too, most of them DON’T WORK!

12. Considering Biceps aren’t used as often as most other muscle, 10 exercises for powerful bicep strength are a waste of space. Just like this post is a waste of my time.

"Christian workout book that has changed my life!"

"The Bible"

1 Timothy 4:7.  But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
 8.  For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

Aaaaah! Coke?!

                    Water or Coke?

We all know that water is
important but I've never seen it written down like this before...

                                            WATER:
1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.

2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often
   mistaken for hunger.

3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.

4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost
100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.

5. Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could
significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory,
trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen
   or on a printed page.

8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer
   by 45%, and one is
50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

And now for the properties of COKE:
1. In many states the highway patrol carries two gallons of coke in the
truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in
    two days.

3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and
let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in
Coke removes stains from vitreous China.

4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a
rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of
Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Apply a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the
        rusted bolt for several minutes.

7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan,
wrap the ham in aluminum foil and bake. Thirty minutes before the
ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with
the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.

8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of
greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle.
The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains.

9. It will also clean road haze from your windshield.

  For Your Information:
1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8.
It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days. Phosphoric acid also leaches
calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase
        in osteoporosis.

2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck must
use the Hazardous material place cards reserved for Highly corrosive
    materials.

3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of
their trucks for about 20 years!

So....Coke, anyone?  ;)

The human stomach has a pH of like 2.5 I think we can handle a little engine cleaner ;D

Besides, I drink to much water as it is! ;) I pay more for a pint of water then I do for a liter of coke, anyways! :P ;D

That is true!  :-\ The earth is nearly covered in water, and we've caffeinated it, colored it, flavored it, put it in bottles and robbed folks blind!  ;D
