PITTSGROVE, NEW JERSEY (christiansunite.com) -- Doug Brookins, executive producer, says of Frogtown's new release, "I Pledge Allegiance" expresses the importance of God and Country with a new twist. A recent NBC poll indicated that 86% of Americans are FOR keeping God in the "Pledge of Allegiance". Only 14% against. "I Pledge Allegiance", written by Royce & McGuire addresses this issue. The question is: Why is America catering to that 14%?

"Mr. Hakk N'Koff" is a vocal satire, making a strong anti-smoking statement and targeting the damage Big Tobacco continues doing to our children. Both tunes are political hot potatoes no doubt!" The arranger of both songs, Tony Davilio, also scored John Lennon's last album, Double Phantasy.

In addition, Frogtown's D. Brookins' has produced a hard hitting, controversial yet hysterically funny anti smoking cartoon for the Mr. Hakk N'Koff musical release...Barry McGuire's vocal is the driving force behind this unique cartoon production which again takes aim Big Tobacco.

Barry McGuire first stepped onto the world stage in the sixties as the gravelly voiced lead singer of the New Christy Minstrels. His 3rd hit song, "Eve of Destruction" which echoed around the world and became the anthem for the times, topped his Gold Records, "Green Green" and "Green Back Dollar". His personal journey through life is a fascinating one. In the early '70s Barry's life took a new direction. Having found his answer to, as he describes it, "The Fullness of Truth", and being born again into the teachings of Jesus Christ, he left Hollywood and set out to do what ever he could to bring about positive change. Barry's transformation is exemplified in the lyrics of his music, which now focuses on the importance of family, the value of children, and Barry's personal journey through life.

At 72 years of age, his performances in Frogtown's "Mr. Hakk N Koff" and "I Pledge Allegiance" are like bottled TNT!
