I have been thinking about something that has NOT been mentioned in the News or maybe I missed it.... but, on Monday when the students were telling their stories of what they saw/heard, there was an instant that the gunman was seen at the Randolph Hall building which is next to the Norris building.    I have NOT heard anyone since Monday commit on this. Anyone here on the forum know of anything about this?

I haven't heard anything about that but seeing that Randolph Hall is only about 20 to 30 yards from Norris Hall it is always a possibility. The police and the media are still trying to sort it all out. No one seems to have an inkling of an idea where all this guy had been.

I know there was 2 hours of plotting or brooding done between the first and the next event.  It does not take 2 hours to cross the campus, even on foot.

It was just reported that the VT shooter had mailed a package they are calling a manifesto. The package contained pictures and writings, etc. The originals were immediately turned over to the police. The police spokesman reported that NBC would be giving a more detailed report on it tonight. However NBC did say that they think the package was mailed out between the first and second shooting.

I heard that the shooter went back to his dorm room (in another building) after the first two shootings.....also, heard that this is when he mailed the package to NBC news.  Then he went on to complete his rampage.
