The only way that I know of to get around that is to place the video on a personal website or to use a different video website. There are some Christian based sites that are starting up that has no advertisements or garbage allowed on them. If you do an internet search on Christian youtube you can get a listing of a number of these sites.

I even tried making a transparent gif image to cover the video window, thinking that would block any clicks, but once the video is called it comes to the foreground allowing the passthru click. >:(
