Title: 'Islam will enter every house' Post by: Soldier4Christ on March 28, 2007, 11:47:00 AM 'Islam will enter every house'
Islam will enter "every house" and become the dominant religion across the entire planet, Hamas leader Mahmoud al-Zahar said during a mass rally in Gaza this week. Zahar was previously the Palestinian Authority's foreign minister. He spoke at a rally held for the late Hamas founder Ahmed Yassin, and his comments were translated by the Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) organization. "The prophetic foundation is the message of the prophet Muhammad, that Islam will enter every house and will spread over the entire world," Zahar was quoted as saying. "The divine promise made in the 'Al-Israa Sura' is that we will liberate the blessed al-Aqsa Mosque, and we will enter it as we have entered it the first time," he added. "Our position is the liberation of Palestine," Zahar declared, adding: "All of Palestine. This is the final and strategic solution for us. There is a Quranic message for us, that we will enter the Al-Aqsa mosque, and the entrance to the mosque means the entrance into all of Palestine. This is the message, no one can deny it. Anyone who denies it must check his faith and his Islam." Commenting on Zahar's comments, PMW Director Itamar Marcus and Associate Director Barbara Crook wrote: "While the Hamas goal of destroying Israel is well known, its aspiration for Islamic subjugation of the entire world is just as basic to Hamas dogma." "Both aims appear in the Hamas Charter as God's irrepressible will, and both aims were reiterated this week by senior Hamas leader and former PA foreign minister Mahmoud al-Zahar," they added. Yes, at an Islamic website I used to visit, one person said they "would take over brick by brick, house by house." Another said "every home would have at least one Muslim in it" in the near future. This site was mostly Middle Eastern Muslims and they are quite dogmatic. I have found Muslims from Asia more open to us. Some good news I read was that alot of Muslims in Canada and the USA were interested in the Christian faith, and responding to a Christian radio broadcast that told how Christ changed lives (including some Muslims) for the better. I talked with a lady at Christian Aid and she said Muslims tend to be like people from Missouri...."show me." That is why our Christian lives and friendship with them can mean so much. Sometimes people will not want to be preached at....but observing the difference Christ makes in a heart and life can truly have an impact on them. Title: Re: 'Islam will enter every house' Post by: Brother Jerry on March 29, 2007, 12:09:16 AM Amen to that. That is not only true for Muslims but for anyone who is not saved. We are to be a beacon to the world not by providing lip service and saying we are Christians...but walking the walk of a Christian. Serving Christ should be first and foremost in our lives.
And this post shows some fundamental differences between Islam and Christianity. What is the purpose of Christianity? To serve God What is the purpose of Islam? To server God How does a Christian serve God? By spreading the Gospel of Jesus How does a Muslim serve God? By spreading the word of God of the Koran How does a Christian spread the Gospel? By living a life for Christ, and talking to people. How does a Muslim spread the word through the Koran? By any means possible, including bashing a skull in with a brick. Yeah there is the religion of peace and love....NOT Title: Re: 'Islam will enter every house' Post by: Faithin1 on March 29, 2007, 10:25:15 AM Amen! I truly believe many Muslims would love to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, but are intimidated by Islam. It is a religion founded on violence and coercion. Our God, the One and Only God, gave us a free will to either accept or reject Him. Jesus instructed us not to 'force' anyone to come to Him. (Mat 10:14) And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. What rational person would prefer to follow a religion that is forced upon them, as opposed to one they can freely choose and is founded on love.
Matthew 11:28-30 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. This can be the best way to reach others for Christ. Letting the light of Christ shine through you.... living your life as an example. Others then will ofthen ask.. " why are you so content all the time?" or "why do you not worry about things?" or " you seem so peaceful all the time!" Especially in times of duress and illness, people are more open to the Good News of Christ. As we lovingly share with them, God is working in their hearts....more than we know. |
