Title: Hillary: I do not think homosexuality is immoral Post by: Soldier4Christ on March 15, 2007, 11:34:32 PM Hillary: I do not think homosexuality is immoral
Senator says there was 'misunderstanding' regarding response to Pace "Well I've heard from a number of my friends and I've certainly clarified with them any misunderstanding that anyone had, because I disagree with General Pace completely. I do not think homosexuality is immoral. But the point I was trying to make is that this policy of Don't Ask, Don't Tell is not working. I have been against it for many years because I think it does a grave injustice to patriotic Americans who want to serve their country. And so I have called for its repeal and I'd like to follow the lead of our allies like, Great Britain and Israel and let people who wish to serve their country be able to join and do so. And then let the uniform code of military justice determine if conduct is inappropriate or unbecoming. That's fine. That's what we do with everybody. But let's not be eliminating people because of who they are or who they love." The bible specifically refers to that type of behavior in the telling of the destruction of soddom and gomorrah.

I see this is your first post so I wish to give you a very warm welcome to Christians Unite and i hope that you will post more here. Yes, I agree with you. It not only tells us in numerous places in the OT it also tells us in the NT that such lifestyles are an abomination to God. Unfortunately many today buy into Hillary Clinton's stance on this. This is just one more reason why I will not be voting for her. If Hillary Clinton gets into office this nation will decline twice as fast as it already has been. Title: Re: Hillary: I do not think homosexuality is immoral Post by: nChrist on March 16, 2007, 12:24:28 AM Hello MsT,
I see this is your first post, so WELCOME to Christians Unite. I sincerely hope that you enjoy it here. I look forward to reading your posts and having fellowship with you. Regarding politicians, we must remember where they get a lot of their money from. Many of them believe what they say, and others are easily bought. It's really just that simple. We need to support politicians with some degree of morals and decency. If we don't, we will reap the harvest of our action or inaction. It just might be time for the voters to get a huge broom and sweep most of them out of office on the next elections. Love In Christ Tom Revelation 1:7-8 NASB BEHOLD, HE IS COMING WITH THE CLOUDS, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen. "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." It always gets me when we go "Well country XYZ is doing it so why don't we?" Well let me simply answer that....is country XYZ a superpower? Is country XYZ the police force of the world? Is country XYZ America?! The answer is...NOPE....and since it is NOPE then who cares? I never liked Hilary Clinton and I would never vote for her..there seems to be more hidden agenda with her than she lets on. Title: Re: Hillary: I do not think homosexuality is immoral Post by: Faithin1 on March 16, 2007, 01:08:28 PM Welcome MsT. I would like to piggyback off brother Tom. We do indeed need to "clean house" of those in office who do not represent our best interests or our Christian beliefs. The Bible is very clear, homosexuality is an abomination. If we sit back and allow our country to embrace and adopt this way of life, we must also expect God's wrath.
