Title: More Communistic Speech Post by: Soldier4Christ on February 02, 2007, 04:48:04 PM More Communistic Speech From Hillary Clinton.
Hillary's speech at friday's mid-winter meeting of the Democratic National Committee was very interesting and shows her true colors along with those of the agenda of the DNC. The New York senator drew a few anti-war hecklers who shouted out during her speech. The peace activists have dogged Clinton over her vote to authorize force in 2002. "If I had been president in October 2002, I would not have started this war," Clinton said in a forceful speech. She said if Congress doesn't end the conflict before January 2009, she will if she's the next president. "Bring them home, then," said a man wearing desert camouflage that said "Iraq Veterans Against the War." Women from the anti-war group Code Pink shouted for quicker action, too, while nearby audience members asked them to quiet down. Clinton raised her voice to be heard and said she understands "the frustration and the outrage." A cut and run policy that will leave Iraq totally defenseless and allow Iran and Al Queda an open door to take over Iraq thereby giving them an upper foot hold in the ME and putting the entire world in jeopardy. What was really interesting to me and shows her and the DNC's communistic agenda is her comments on the oil companies. In addition to cutting off the government subsidies to the oil companies (which is not necessarily a bad thing) she wants to take oil company profits. The following is a partial transcript of these comments. Quote "the same ... the same is true with energy independence. The Democrats know what needs to be done. Again we're working to try to push this agenda forward. The other day the oil companies reported the highest profits in the history of the world. I wanta take those profits and I wanta put them in a strategic energy fund that will begin to fund alternative smart energy. Alternatives and technologies that will begin to actually move us toward independence." |
