Title: North Korea threatens U.S. with nuke missile Post by: Soldier4Christ on October 10, 2006, 06:38:46 PM North Korea threatens
U.S. with nuke missile Official says Pyongyang will fire weapon unless Washington acts to resolve standoff Communist North Korea has threatened to fire a nuclear-tipped missile unless the U.S. takes action to resolve its standoff with Pyongyang, according to the South Korean news agency Yonhap. The unnamed North Korean official who issued the threat said the intent is to bring Washington to the negotiating table. "We hope the situation will be resolved before an unfortunate incident of us firing a nuclear missile comes," the official said yesterday. "That depends on how the U.S. will act." The South Korean agency previously reported the North Korean official said that Pyongyang was willing to return to the negotiating table and quit its nuclear program if the U.S. takes "corresponding measures." "The nuclear test is an expression of our intention to face the United States across the negotiating table," official said. "What we want is security of the (North), including guaranteeing our system." The official told Yonhop any move by the U.N. Security Council to sanction North Korea is futile. "We have lost enough. Sanctions can never be a solution," the official said. "We still have a willingness to give up nuclear weapons and return to six-party talks as well. It's possible whenever the U.S. takes corresponding measures." While the official did not specify the measures, North Korean has been demanding Washington lift financial restrictions for Pyongyang's alleged counterfeiting and money laundering. Title: Re: North Korea threatens U.S. with nuke missile Post by: airIam2worship on October 10, 2006, 07:42:19 PM We definitely need to pray for our country. I heard on the news that the Mexican president is so opposed to having the wall built that it wants to take the issue to the UN. Yet 10 illegal immigrants had to be rescued from a tunnel they bored to sneak into our country. America we need God. We need to repent and ask God back to our country. That is my message to all who think we don't need God or want to take Him out. As if they could.
Title: Re: North Korea threatens U.S. with nuke missile Post by: Revolutionist on October 11, 2006, 12:25:39 AM I beleive that the nut case over there in North Koera is a very lose cannon getting ready to fire off one of his nukes just to see what we will do an then try to put the blame on this Country. Let me tell everyone that reads this thread that judgment is comming to this Country for what she has done to GOD, which was founded on. We as a Nation have turned our nose up at GOD an told Him off. We are in so much out right SIN that there is only one way to come back to GOD an that is REPENT for the sin's that we as a Nation are doing. By seeking the face of GOD in prayer on our knees asking for giveness of what we have done turning our back on HIM. From: The Revolutionist His Bondservant Forever In Christ Jesus \0/ ::) :o
Title: Re: North Korea threatens U.S. with nuke missile Post by: nChrist on October 11, 2006, 03:45:43 AM Brothers and Sisters,
It's always time for Christians to be praying for our country, our leaders, and an "about-face" to turn back to the honor and ways of GOD. Regardless of what others do, Christians can and should have a daily revival in the things of the LORD. At the very least, Christians can serve as an example for others and use every opportunity given by GOD to share the GOOD NEWS. The future for everyone in this world EXCEPT CHRISTIANS is uncertain and bleak. We are living in a time RIGHT NOW where millions are dying by starvation, genocide, and war. It appears that the world is unable or unwilling to stop the horrendous suffering of many millions who are dying before our very eyes. To make matters much worse, many of these millions are dying in their sins without JESUS CHRIST as their Lord and Saviour. All politics of every type aside, this should be enough to make every Christian cry and bow down before GOD in prayer. Christians should also consider our own mass homicide of over 40 million human beings in our own country. If you are trying to guess without any results, consider the ugly and evil word of "ABORTION!" Brothers and Sisters, we need to shove the thought out of our mind that we can't do anything as individual Christians or groups of Christians. I firmly believe that GOD has something for every single one of us to do, and we should simply yield and say "Yes LORD." It's possible that JESUS CHRIST will come soon to take HIS CHURCH Home to Heaven. It's also possible that hosts of Christians will die tomorrow and no longer have the opportunity to do GOD'S Will in this life. We know that GOD holds all of the tomorrows for Christians, but what about the lost around us and how much time do we have left to share the GOOD NEWS of SALVATION? We are watching the development of evil things in this world that men can't handle. Is it possible that we are watching Bible Prophecy and the Promises of GOD unfold before our very eyes? YES - that is possible. Please don't think that I'm trying to claim any special revelation from GOD, and remember that NO man knows the day or the hour. We are watching insane psychopaths obtain nuclear weapons, and it appears that the world can do nothing to stop them. The same will be true for Bible Prophecy and the Promises of GOD for the end of this Age of Grace - the world will have no control over the plan, purpose, and Will of ALMIGHTY GOD! As Christians, what we do have control over is prayer, more prayer, and yielding to the Will of GOD in our lives right NOW and serve GOD for the remainder of our days. May GOD give us the strength and guidance to do just this. But if I am to live on in the flesh, this will mean fruitful labor for me; and I do not know which to choose. |
