by jonjayray We read: “Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean yesterday said that Maryland’s Democratic ticket should have had a black or other minority at the top, but added that the national party isn’t to blame for the lack of diversity. Judging people by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin is not a Democrat policy, obviously. But it never was, of course. Martin Luther King was a Republican and George Wallace was a Democrat. |
