Why in the world would any one deliberately try to push away a young believer? Saphire Weapon happens to be bright, witty, and personable. Some of you may want to take a shot at ANY of those characteristics. ::)  If an unbeliever constantly attacked one of the so-called Christians on this forum you people would rush to defend them. Yet no one says a word when a YOUNG believer is constantly provoked by older coughmaturecough Christians.

Grow up, people.

Young believers are part of God's plan! Showing them how ugly adult Christians can be will do nothing to further the Kingdom of God! How about showing the young believers (and where is nX?) how ADULTS manage to disagree on religion and still agree on a relationship. Are you further in your walk with Jesus? Or are you so busy trying to tear down a young believer that you have forgotten what following Christ is all about?

Okay--Waiter!

"Um, I'll have the turtle soup".  

"Okay, sir, coming right up" and, turning towards the kitchen yells out, "One turtle soup"!.

Wife then exclaims, "Oh, honey, look, they have Green Pea Soup.  You know that's your favorite!"  

Mmmmm, says hubby, yes that it my favorite.

"Oh, honey," says wife, "maybe they could change it!"

"Waiter!", calls out hubby, "could I maybe change mine to Green Pea Soup."

"Oh certainly, sir," says waiter, and, turning towards the kitchen yells out, "Hold the Turtle.  Make it Pea!"

Oh yeah this thread was about our ranking in posts.  Frightening really.  I can't believe I have that many postings.  Of course if I wasted more with "ditto" every where I felt a "ditto", I'd be up there with A4C(aka crusader) ;).  

I think I may become more of a lurker however.  I'm not feeling much from posting here any more.  I've learned enough about the "other" ways of viewing the bible and my time would probably be better spent reading the word more on my free time at work than posting here.  :-[  I've been here for just shy of a year now and I have learned much, but I think it may be time to move on.  Not that I think anyone cares much but I thought I would put it out there.  

I may actually just start reading the prayer threads and stuff instead though.  We shall see.

I don't like when he uses ditto.  I guarantee if you pull up his profile and look at his posts you will find at least half of his posts are ditto or something to that effect.  Crusader is the name he used before the crash.  It's just when someone quotes an entire post and then just writes ditto it's wasting bandwidth and more scrolling for the rest of us.  It would be less bothersome if he wrote, I agree with what "blank" said.  It would even be better if he just didn't quote an entire post.

I never said I didn't like him.  I know he hails from Florida and bought some of Ray Comforts tracks and stuff though. hehehe He didn't seem to like that they were messed up or something in shipping.

I support them too Brother. But I will never forget the ones that already served and are now either retired, or injured, or forgotten and last but not least those that gave up their own lives that our freedom might still be enjoyed by us. And most of all our viet nam vets that were so mistreated by the very people they were protecting the US citizens that didn't even say thank you to them, and no home comming parades, they were treated badly in my opinion.

Hi 2 Tim. those mere 50 posts don't mean a thing to me they just represent the 2 and a half hours I was on the road comming back home from seeing my new grandbaby.
So mathematically speaking that is only 3 posts per minute,(that's less than  1 post per person) now, lets say there are approximately 5 regular posters on this thread, BEP's, PR, DW You and me, since during that time I wasn't able to post. that left 4 posters, (all the above minus me) so that means one of you isn't posting at all the other 3 are posting at least 1 per minute.

Not really,my fibromyalgia is really acting up today. And I haven't had any coffee today.

Coffee makes the fibromyalgia worst, or should I say caffeine. I can't drink the decaf coffee, so I am drinking tea today, apple cinnamon tea.

I have heard that before but caffeine doesn't seem to have that effect on me.

Perhaps I should explain that what has been diagnosed as FMS for me I believe is actually the Gulf War Illness. It has the same symptoms but does react in somewhat different ways. For one thing Drs say that FMS does not get any worse than it is on your worst of days with it. The GWI does cause nerve endings and muscle coordination to worsen as time goes by. FMS supposedly has never caused a person to die whereas GWI has.

DW, I got your PM, but for some reason my computer keeps getting stuck at the white screen so I guess it must be a server problem. I will send you the clip when I get back from church tonight right now I have to get ready to leave by 6:30.

Okay, now I'm confused. I have never been to the Gulf war area. but, what you describe is what I have (nerves and muscles.)  ??? Yes, I have been out of the country a few times, in the mid-east. But I have never been to a war area.  ???

Like I said it is similar to FMS but Drs specifically say that FMS does not worsen. With it you have good days and bads but it does not get any worse. There is nerve ending damage and muscle degeneration with FMS but it stops at a certain point. With GWI it continually gets worse, more like ALS.
