Title: 6 mos of answered prayer.... Post by: LMarsh on August 29, 2003, 10:06:18 AM Hi! I don't know if any of you remember me. I was around on this site about 6 months ago for several months.
I was praying at the time for many things to change in our lives. Was I surprised when the Lord answered my prayers but not as I had anticipated. After praying for our finances to get better, for a better car and a few Christian friends.... my husband got laid off, my car broke down....we couldn't meet our mortgage. We ended up selling our home and moving several states away....in with my mother-in-law until we could get on our feet. A month later.... My husband found a great job, we bought a used but reliable car and now have a lovely new home in an area with many Christian families. Praise God.... He doesn't always answer our prayers the way we think! But my husband and I have been trusting in Him and He has led us to where He wants us to be...for now. (We're praying its for good!) We pray He can use us here to Glorify him! Yay! and its good to be back and see some old friends! God Bless, LMArsh Title: Re:6 mos of answered prayer.... It's nice to see you back. It's especially nice to hear all of the good things God is doing in your life right now. I think Christians Unite has been down once or twice since you were here.
