Title: A special Prayer Post by: Soldier4Christ on February 22, 2006, 05:36:44 PM Brothers and sisters,
I know that many here pray for other every day. It such a wonderful thing and honor to be able to pray for one another in this manner. I cannot go into detail but I am asking that we all give a special prayer for airIamtoworship (Sister Maria) and her family. Title: Re: A special Prayer Post by: nChrist on February 22, 2006, 06:17:05 PM Brother Roger,
I join in your thoughts. It is wonderful that many of us pray for each other every day, regardless of knowing about any special needs. This is a matter of joy, and it brings peace knowing that other Brothers and Sisters in Christ are praying for you. Sister Maria and her family are in my prayers, and they will stay in my prayers, along with many others. God loves to hear our prayers, and the Holy Spirit helps when we don't know exactly how to pray. Love In Christ, Tom Psalms 116:12-13 NASB What shall I render to the LORD For all His benefits toward me? I shall lift up the cup of salvation And call upon the name of the LORD. Title: Re: A special Prayer Post by: airIam2worship on February 23, 2006, 03:22:17 PM Thank you all for your continued prayers. I don't have a lot of information on my new grandson yet, he is 6 weeks old and he was admitted into the hospital 3 days ago with meningitis, my daughter is staying at the hospital with him, and they live 2 and a half hours away. My husband and my stepdaughters are with the flu and we can't go to Jacksonville to see the baby. My daughter is very upset with me and will not talk to me, although she is talking to my husband and she is being very limited on the information she gives him, ( I think it's because she does not want me to get information). Her other 3 children are all with the flu too, the youngest had a convulsion the other night so while my daughter was at one hospital with the newborn, her husband was at another hospital with the 2 year old. I know my daughter needs me, but she is being stubborn right now and refuses to talk to me. All of this has upset me so much that I haven't been able to sleep in 3 nights, to top it all off I went to the doctor today, my blood pressure has sky rocketed, and now she is sending me to a surgeon because I have a mole on my chin which has changed in color and shape. I am on coumadin because of blood clotting problems and surgery is risky, but the mole has to come out. So I need to make an appointment to have it removed very soon.
Please keep my daughter, my grandchildren and my son in law in your prayers, please also pray for my husband and my 2 stepdaughters. Thank God that I have never had the flu, and thank God I didn't get it either. Pray that my daughter will make things right with God and that her love for Him rekindles and she starts going back to church and that her heart will soften so she can be receptive to God's calling on her life. Title: Re: A special Prayer Post by: airIam2worship on February 23, 2006, 03:26:17 PM I also wanted to add that due to the lack of sleep, and the stress I've been going through in the las few days the Myasthenia Gravis has flared up and is causing me to feel very weak and tired. Please pray that it will subside as I really don't want to start taking additional medications for that right now. I am already on 17 prescriptions.

Title: Re: A special Prayer Post by: nChrist on February 24, 2006, 12:32:06 PM Sister Maria,
You and your entire family are in my prayers every day. Many Christians know about going through difficult times, and it's very important to remember that JESUS is with you every step of the way. Sister, please keep your eyes on JESUS, lay your burdens at His Feet, and keep praying. In my heart and mind, I know that you are doing just this. Wait upon the Lord and remember that everything works out for good to them who love God. Love In Christ, Tom Psalms 139:9-10 NASB If I take the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, Even there Your hand will lead me, And Your right hand will lay hold of me. Title: Re: A special Prayer Post by: airIam2worship on February 28, 2006, 09:01:07 AM Everyone please agree with me in prayer that when my daughter takes the baby to his doctor appointment today, that she will get a good report. That the baby's calcium level has increased, and that he will not have glass bones, pray that his heartbeat will slow down to a normal heartbeat (it was 190-220), and that his thyroid is functioning as it should be.

Title: Re: A special Prayer Post by: nChrist on March 01, 2006, 05:29:32 AM Sister Maria,
My prayers are with this precious little baby. Love In Christ, Tom Philippians 2:1-2 NASB Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.
