The Madoga Buttney kiss disturbed me. I lost all respect for the two tramps.. I mean ladies. I never really liked them to begin with, but I tolerated them. Maybe I am playing into their hands by being repulsed, since it was obviously for shock value. Then again I don't care it was revolting. All the more reason I won't watch MTV. I like to watch VH1 when they have older rock on (pre 80's), and because the Homo erotica is absent 99% of the time. Yet nothing beats Mail Call on the History Channel OOORRRAAAA!!!!! Since I am Active Duty Air Force I love Discovery Wings, and lets not forget Junkyard Wars. That is about all the TV I watch besides Looney Toons with the kids on Saturday Morning.
The wicked world would be scary if I wasn't saved by the Blood.

Well I learned quite a bit in the past couple of months. When planning wedding actvities with your wife (actually vow renewal) "sounds great" is very expensive. "how much is that going to cost?" Will get me a 10 minute lecture on the wonders of Ebay, and that this is her Day and I'm just showing up... lol (she just says that to get under my skin... I think) "you invited who?" out of the 100 guests 10 are mine so I get the well you didn't invite anybody speech. I am supposed to be involved, but she is so happy getting headaches from the planning I don't want to spoil it for her.
I also learned that my kids don't hold much back. They are a little opinonated. When the wife showed them a picture of her dress I heard my oldest son and my daughter giggiling. I asked what was so funny and they said mommy's bottom was a little big. (well after 3 kids my bottom is a little big too he he he) I got on to them, but they suprise me sometimes with the very honest truth.
I have also learned I am a bonehead, but Jesus loves me anyway. My wife and kids love me just as unconditionaly, that just makes all this world worthwhile.

Prayer / Prayer Requests / My Sister-in-Law *UPDATE*
|
on: September 03, 2003, 09:42:46 AM
|
Well I now have her moved in. We moved our children into the big bedroom (it gets loud in there at bedtime), and moved sis into my daughter's room. It is going to take some adjustment for all of us, but so foar so good. Yesterday my 2 yr old, my Sister-In-Law (SIL from now on), and myself went job hunting and running the first of the month errands. I came home from work last night (11:30 p.m.) to hear that she already has a interview!! The prayers and blessings are starting to flow. PRAISE GOD!!!!! I am trying to get a little side work to drum up some extra cash to buy a 3rd vehicle so she will have a means to get to work. This month is just too tight to pull it off (Wife and I are renewing vows with an actual ceremony 10 yrs together THANK YOU LORD!!). The Lord has blessed this house 10 fold. God Bless all of you who have prayed for my SIL. Now that her body is taken care of, it is time to witness to her. Thank you again, Jim

Prayer / Prayer Requests / My Sister-in-Law
|
on: August 28, 2003, 10:42:01 AM
|
I am requesting some help In praying for my little Sister-in-Law. She has been trying to live out in the world for a few years now, but can't seem to get her act together. She is a believer, but she has let the world diminish her faith. A couple of months ago, I offered to move her down to Our house so she could get a fresh start. I want this young lady to succeed and truly walk with Christ. She has been throwing around the relocation Idea, and I think this Saturday I will go and pick her up (320 miles one way). My wife and I have been praying for her continusly, but a few more voices would't hurt either. This seems like such a small thing compared to the evils and sickness in the world, but I want her to come home with Jesus.
Thank you all,
Jim

I dislike MTV so much I would rather watch Martha Stewart redecorating Rosie O'Donnells House. I can't stand Martha or Rosie.
