Brothers and Sister, please pray for the 13 miners trapped in a mine in WV and for their families. They were trapped in a mine after an unexplained explosion, and they have been trapped for 28 hours now. It is believed that there are no survivors, the miners are between the ages of 27 and 61 that we know of so far. Please pray that there will be survivors found and please pray for the families of these miners.

A terrible tragedy. My prayers are with them.

Already praying, for a safe rescue.

Resting in the hands, of the Lord.

12 of 13 W. Va. Miners Confirmed Dead

By JENNIFER C. YATES, Associated Press Writer 1 hour, 6 minutes ago

TALLMANSVILLE, W.Va. - In a stunning and heartbreaking reversal, family members were told early Wednesday that 12 of 13 trapped coal miners were dead — three hours after they began celebrating news that they were alive.

The sole survivor, Randal McCloy, was in critical condition but showing no sign of brain damage or carbon monoxide poisoning after being trapped for 1 1/2 days, a doctor said. At 27, McCloy was the youngest in the group.

Manchin, who had earlier said that the state believed in miracles, tried to focus on the news that one had survived.

"We're clinging to one miracle when we were hoping for 13," he said.

12 of 13 dead

Okay everyone, start praying for Randal McCloy!

Resting in the hands, of the Lord.

Amen.

I just saw the report on the news where they were told they were alive. How very, very heart breaking it is for the families to be told they are alive just to be told they are not.

My prayers go out for the comforting of these poor families due to the heart wrenching turmoil they have and are going through.
