I can say for a fact the guy is a fraud. I was watching him a year ago just to get a laugh and he supposedly healed a Blind eye from some young boy. On the same program he brought the kid back to talk with him and the eye he healed (supposedly) wasn't the same eye they were talking about on the program. The guy is a fake and a liar. And if he is so worried about children of the world starving why doesn't he sell some of his fancy clothes and jewelry so they can get some food. Oh and hi all I'm kinda new to this site.

When I saw him on TV the first thing I thought was. Why does this guy have super expensive clothes on? And how come he has a golden throne behind him? What's all that about. I don't recall God telling us to that preachers need to have the best clothes in the land and golden thrones. He's almost worse than the pope.

The best description for Benny Hinn is found in Jude 12-13
"These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear (*No fear of God!), serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds (*going after strange doctrines?) late autumn trees without fruit (*aren't these the trees that will be cut down and thrown in the fire?) twice dead (*physically and spiritually) pulled up by the roots; raging waves of the sea (*tossed to and fro), foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness and darkness forever (*Hell).
(*emphasis mine)
This desription could account for the vast majority of TV preachers...charismatic and non charismatic alike.
